This indicates that Keldeo is to receive a new form within Black 2 & White 2. This factors in with hints from CoroCoro about Keldeo being engulfed in light during battle in the movie and its special power being revealed next month. We'll show information on if it will have a form when CoroCoro arrives in a few days

-Following yesterday's reveal of Keldeo's form, people at 2ch discovered a post on Shokotan's, the presenter of Pokémon Smash, blog detailing her astonishment at Keldeo's Resolution Forme (かくごのすがた). There are still currently no pictures but CoroCoro is due on Friday and could leak any time before them so keep checking back for confirmation of this name's authenticity and more

So no. No new Pokémon. Unless the magazine scan was refering to Keldeo and Meloetta as new Pokémon. xP

The first images of CoroCoro have been revealed, showcasing the final bits of pre-release information for Pokémon Black 2 & White 2. First, it has the full art of Keldeo's Resolution Form Some version exclusives have been confirmed: Magby/Magmar/Magmortar & Buneary/Lopunny are exclusive to Black 2, while Elekid/Electabuzz/Electivire and Skitty/Delcatty are exclusive to White 2
Cities have had vast changes from Black & White
PokéTransfer works for all Generation IV DS games
Different cave between versions. One game is Water based, while the other is Magma based. Black City & White Forest return
Elesa's Gym has become like a fashion show. She has a Flaaffy
In the forest in Sangi Town, you need Terrakion, Virizion and Cobalion in order to change form to Resolution Form. It appears to change once it learns Secret Sword. Resolution Form is 1.4m and 48.5kg
First WiFi distribution confirmed. A Piplup that knows Sing is to be given over WiFi on Black 2 & White 2 only from July 20th 2012 to August 9th 2012
You will receive a special Fes Mission in Castelia City if you show a person Meloetta. This mission, A Great Berry Search Adventure, has you search for Berries in Unova. It lasts 3 minutes.
Another Fes Mission is the "Search for Audino" mission
The Join Avenue image shows the user at a shop where an item is being sold, 'Gambare A Lunch', which is said to increase Hit Point Base Points (as in EVs) when consumed by a Pokémon
Porygon confirmed to be available within Pokémon Dream Radar. You can use Dream Orbs obtained in Dream Radar to power your capture device
Item is confirmed to change the forms of Tornadus, Thundurus & Landorus. It is called the Reflecting Mirror and is only found by taking the Landorus captured in Dream Radar to a specific area of the game. This item will change the Sacred Beast Formes into Incarnation Forme. They also have different abilities
Tornadus has Regenerator, Thundurus has Volt Absorb, Landorus has Intimidate

The magazine, Dengeki, has provided a first few glimpses at the early areas of Black 2 & White 2. This includes the routes of Route 19/20 as well as all the areas. It states that the first Pokemon you will encounter could be a shiny Patrat.
Areas in south west: Sangi Ranch, Route 20, Tachiwaki City, Pokewood, Sangi Town, Route 19, Aspertia City, Tachiwaki Complex.
Route 19 has Patrat and Purrloin within it.
Route 20 has Sewaddle, Pidove, Dunsparce, Audino, Purrloin, Patrat, Venipede & Sunkern.
Sangi Ranch features Lillipup, Riolu, Pidove, Azurill, Dunsparce, Audino, Mareep, Patrat & Psyduck.
Tachiwaki Complex features Pidove, Magby/Elekid, Growlithe, Audino, Magnemite & Koffing. Pidove is only found outside in it, while Growlithe and Koffing are inside.
The map is shown for the first time and shows that you can search for Pokemon with the Pokedex.
It confirms Cheren's team as being Patrat (Lv. 11) & Lillipup (Lv. 13), giving you Work Up and Homika's team as being Koffing (Lv. 16) and Whirlipede (Lv. 18) and gives Venoshock.
The area you change form with Keldeo in is called "Oath Woods"
Your mother & your Rival's younger sister will give you the Running Shoes and Town Map. You meet Alder in Route 19
Rival battle in Sangi Ranch. You need to work with your rival to find a Herdier. If you succeed, you will receive TM21. You get the medal box in Sangi Town and six hints for medals. You also have two battles in Alder's house
Bianca gives you the C-Gear after you beat Cheren. This unlocks the ability to trade. You will also receive a Pokedex upgrade within Route 20.
You get to view Homika's father's movies when you reach Pokewood.
In the Tachiwaki Complex, if you beat all three trainers within it, you will receive TM94, Rock Smash.
Team Plasma are first fought in Tachiwaki and then Route 20. Access to Castelia City is via boat.
