New Pokemon game: White 2 and Black 2

Serebii During a Q&A session during a visit to Tokyo on Saturday, Junichi Masuda was asked about when the next main series game, a game after Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition, is to come out. In response, he said that he can't really respond to that question but said to watch an upcoming Pokémon Smash episode, due to air this weekend. This was followed by a post on twitter stating the same thing. Despite this, however, the summary and trailer of that episode of Pokémon Smash makes no mention of any sort of announcement. We'll bring news on these developments as and when they happen so be sure to keep checking back Edited by Cee Jay Haych, Feb 26 2012, 03:42 AM.

Large Pic They need to do that. Honestly if Nintendo would make a free roam Pokemon game I think they would rake in the cash. I mean hell I think we can all say that we've been waiting for the series to go completely 3D. What I would love is cutscenes with actual VAs instead of just text. That would be awesome in my book. Found it on Reddit by the way. Just in case anyone was curious. As for the topic: Probably Grey since it would technically be the next installment for them to release if you go by their release habits for previous games.

The series has never kept my interest. Plus, they asked for a main series game. Which PMD isn't. :B What I want is a console Pokemon that's not PokePark. A serious one, like XD and Coliseum.

Especially since I read Kyurem's Bulbapedia page: Bulbapedia There is placeholder data for an alternate form of Kyurem in Pokémon Black and White. In this announcement, he unveiled the release of Pokémon Black 2 & Pokémon White 2. This game is the third game of Generation V and follows in a similar pattern to past releases and is due for release on the Nintendo DS in June 2012. We'll bring more as it comes. Here are some images to go with the revelation: I kinda find it strange that Serebii is describing this as one new game. The title and logos make it seem like two "third versions" instead of one. But yeah, discuss and what not. P:

First time we've ever had a direct sequel to a Pokemon game. Unless you want to count Gold and Silver as a direct sequel to Red and Blue....

Release details not known Edit: Junichi Masuda has revealed the names of Kyurem's new forms via his Twitter account. The forms are simply called Black Kyurem & White Kyurem Well, that was pretty fast of the US site announcing these games. Although, the first Black and White also had a pretty fast announcement on the official site if memory serves correctly.
