Finally, an arc where the rotund one himself takes centre stage.

Not a lot really happens - Snively flips out and sets another plan into motion again to try and take control of the Empire, and free his beloved Regina(for the record, she's a crap character in my opinion and I sincerely hope Archie keep her locked away...) to rule once again. Or be her lackey, as he doesn't have the spine to stand up to her it would seem.

Anyways, Robotnik summons his Grandmasters and sets a plan into motion to deal with Snively.

...And that really is about it for this first parter, frankly. I can't see anything deeper with this other than Snively getting close to freeing the Iron Queen and being stopped in his tracks. The other arcs - while fun - at least had some sort of end goal to work towards that was obvious from part 1. This one doesn't have that for me, but we shall see how it goes with part 2.

Oh, Orbot and Cubot make their debuts at last :D I have no idea why, but I honestly love the lil pests to pieces. At the very least, they're not Decoe and Bocoe, or whatever their names are!
