The reason I was unsure was because it doesn't seem like I have an option to upload an image from my computer as an avatar. I had to use an URL for the pic I'm using right now. Is that normal?

I am Virgil (or Virgelion, which is a combination of the words Virgil and Evangelion, my most favorite anime), your typical wannabe mangaka with writing talents and a passion for video gaming.
