"Apologies...I had forgotten that most less advanced civilizations do not know Anterian...one moment, do not be alarmed." He says, standing and going over to Aurora, gently pressing two of his fingers to her forehead, she'd see all sorts of images of school, all on english classes and whatnot just pass before her eyes. Afterward it'd feel rather weird, and Glandor would begin to speak English normally. "I apologize...the transfer of knowledge between two people can be jarring at first..." He'd say.

However, he simply thought it was because he was out of breath or something. It then rung in his mind that he just opened a space pod, which caused Doco to think that this guy wasn't form here. "You're alien I take it... I'll ask that you not touch my head though. Mo can translate your language to english for me. As to why he didn't do this before is beyond me." Doco states as he got up, trying to figure out how he was going to dry himself off. "This request was never... Well, requested, Miner Doco. Now that you have stated so, I will proceed to translate from this point on. Warning, the translation might be incomplete as I have never fully heard this language before. However my ancestors have at one point." Mo states, to which Doco simply shrugged his shoulders and then nods. "So long as I get the majority of what he says, its good enough... By the way, you're not the first ones to come form another world. Mo here beat you to it... Sorta." Doco informs Glandor, to which he thinks for a moment. "Escape pod?" He asked, trying to piece things together.

Still not completely fine, she swam to the surface and climbed out, Drake helping her up. "Yeah, it certainly does feel odd," the Timber Wolf said, placing a paw to her brow. Drake turned his attention to the alien. "So you're from another world?" he inquired, tilting his head to one side. "Could you tell us more about that?" Aurora piped up, to which the Bengal Tiger next to her looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "What?" the wolf asked, crossing her arms over her chest. "Oh, nothing."

"Excuse me for a second, I have to take this." Aurora nodded in response as the Bengal Tiger walked over to a more secluded area, than turned back to Glandor, who had asked if there was anyway to burn his companion. The Timber Wolf thought for a moment, paw rubbing her chin, tail twirling in a small, tight circle. "Well, a friend of mine and Drake's does have some matches on him. Unfortunately, he and another one of our companions are on a very important mission in Empire City proper. We may have to wait until they get here." "And we won't have to wait long," Drake replied, rejoining the small group. "Blaire just contacted me. She was wondering where we were - we're a little ways from the rendezvous point, after all. So, I told her to come here. She and Chester are on their way right now." A smile touched Aurora's lips at the tiger's words. "Good to hear. You hear that, Glandor?" the pastel blue-furred wolf inquired, glancing at the alien creature out of the corner of her eyes.

"Thank you...he at least deserves a decent passing." Glandor says, sighing. "...You seem like a military organization of some kind." He says, looking between all who are present. "...I should warn you forthright...I am not allowed to give up any technology, tactics or help in general if you wish to use me to fight your enemies...not unless it is a world ending scenario." He decides to warn them outright just in case. This was obviously not the first time he had dealt with...less advanced societies.

For some reason, Mo wasn't translating for Doco, yet he understood the guy perfectly fine. However... "Alright, stop for a second." Doco finally spoke up, after hearing them talk on and on. He even got a bit suspicious when one of them walked away and returned. He didn't like this, getting the idea that these guys were some type of secret service of some kind. "This is all a bit much for me, and this is coming from someone who has a spirit within his gear. So how bout we get down the detail and stop beating around the bush... An escape pod means your were escaping from something. Which means, you coming here has brought this something along with you... What kind of threat are we talking about." Doco spoke, not sure if this guy was going to tell them the whole story, or just what he wanted them to know. Either way, this seemed a bit too stranger, and he had a feeling that something bad was going to come from all this. Why oh WHY did he choose to follow the meteor, which was really an escape, and dive down there to check it out. What was he getting into? Edited by L Dragon, Feb 23 2012, 05:53 PM.

I should warn you forthright...I am not allowed to give up any technology, tactics or help in general if you wish to use me to fight your enemies...not unless it is a world ending scenario. Drake rubbed the back of his head, looking up at the heavens above. "Well, the world isn't in danger of ending - at least not right now," he finished, bringing his eye contact back to the group.

Glandor says to the freedom fighters before turning back to Doco. "...I do not believe you will be in danger as the faction we were battling in orbit are at war with my people, it was a wonder they managed to send a ship this far out." He says. "But...I'll tell you nonetheless...they're an enemy without mercy and without compassion, they glass entire planets and recreate them to their own liking." He'd look straight at them. "They're genocidal simply because people are different. They call themselves the United people of Erda, or UPE for short." He sighs lightly. "I had to crash our ship straight into their vessel in an attempt to destroy it...luckily it worked and the danger has passed...lord knows what would have happened if they had begun 'colonization'." He sighed lightly. "I apologize I have talked you all to death..." He'd say.

Lord knows what would have happened if they had begun 'colonization'. Aurora tilted her head at the way he had spoken this word. What sort of form of colonization did these folks have? She was unable to ask that as Glandor finished speaking, but she was going to keep it firmly planted in her mind for such a moment when she could ask about it. I apologize I have talked you all to death... "Oh, I think the only one you could have talked to death is Drake over there," a violet-furred Siberian Husky stated, as she she and an Alpine Chipmunk walked over to the group. "Well, out of the two I know personally, that is."
