I first got into sonic when my Mom (yes my Mom.) Gave me sonic 1 and her genesis Back in 1998. Then I got a pc, and got sonic 2,3 and S3&K. But I got grounded in 1999, the genesis was put under our former trailer, and it molded to death. Then, In 2004, I discovere the Ps2, And I got Sonic Mega Collection Plus, And Sonic heroes. Then In 2005, When my fandom got to it's peak, I got an Xbox, Sonic Mega Collection Plus, Sonic Heroes, And my first Game over the rating of E, Shadow the Hedgehog. Then, my fandom was dormant. I never Played, searched for, or talked about sonic. I was Playing Grand Theft auto and THPS games and got bored of Sonic riders fast. But it revamped in 2007, When I got my Precious Xbox 360, With Sonic Next Gen, and My first self Computer. By December of 07, I was on youtube, reviewing Games. I eventually saw the light and started to dislike Sonic Next Gen. And Soon, I destroyed it. My fandom for Sonic was retro only for 3 months, until March of 08, I turned 13, Got Shadow the Hedgehog Back, got Sonic Mega Collection plus Back, Got a Ds, with Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure, the Best Sammy era sonic games So far. Then, I lost my pc. (Thunder XD) I was off sonic until may. And Look, Im still here!  So the cureent sonic gGames I have are: Sonic 1, 2, 3, 3&K, 3D Blast, Knux in Sonic 2, Mean Bean Machine, Sonic 1 Game Gear, Sonic Labyrinth, Sonic Blast, Sonic Chaos, Mean Bean Machine Game gear, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, and Soon again, Sonic Heores. I honestly don't know how I got into Sonic...Oh, wait! I remember! Sonic Heroes was the first Sonic game I ever got! My grandfather gave it to me! Oh, I was so excited! |

Eh, it all started for me when I was seven or eight I think and when my friends were playing Sonic at a Birthday Party, racing each other in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. I then played and got so into it. I begged my parents to get my own copy and then it kicked off from there. I then played and enjoyed Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Riders, and even Shadow the Hedgehog which I don't get why everybody hates it. So many endings, so many stages, so many weapons. Sure, they are some damn hard missions in there but still... that is what makes it challenging. But I'll just get off topic. Anyway, after playing Sonic 06, that killed half of my fandom for Sonic even though if what a person told me is true... it isn't really Sega's fault. But still... the story could have been better. Anyway, looking forward to Unleashed and Chronicles, not sure if they will be the Sonic games I been waiting for but it's certainly giving me a lot of hope. |

My older bros played Sonic 2 and and Sonic 3 on Genesis. I watched the show at a really young age, and i guess sonic never really left my life. |

I never did get into Sonic, I am not a fan of it, the only reason how I got here was because I saw Shadow in a image and I started to make an idea on trying to make a character which you see now. So yeah I am no fan, I just saw a image and thought that I should make someone better. |

WELL long story You see my brother had Sonic and knuckles when i was very young like 6 or 4 years old then he gave me his controller and made me play S&K.I did start to like the game and kind of started liking sonic.Me and my brother both teamed up to complete the game since after a week i was pretty good in Sonic and knuckles and got used with the controls! We did get all of the Super emeralds/Chaos emeralds with Sonic since i was liked Sonic more than knuckles when i was that young and mostly didn't play as him so yeah me and my brother had the power to play as Hyper Sonic even do i could just use debug mode to skip like 7 hours of wasting to get this FREAKING emeralds! when we did fight the death egg boss we destroyed it in Super/Hyper form with Sonic so that was pretty easy and we gone to the doomsday zone then thats when me and my brother had some problems fighting eggman on there but evatually we did beat the doomsday zone on S&K.We were pretty happy after completing the game but again we could have used Debug more to get to the doomsday zone the easy way and use Super/Hyper Sonic.After that i got SA and SA2 at the same time like i bought the 2 at the same day with my Gamecube as well when i started to play i was pretty amazed at the graphics on SA1 and played Sonic's story first it was intresting,Pretty simple and cool in some parts of his story like when you face knuckles and the Egg Viper that for some reason i liked him and i started liking Sonic more.After it was Knuckles story it was slightly harder than Sonic's for somewhat since i wasn't good at finding the emerald pieces then but i am WAY MORE better at doing it now.After i played Knuckles story i thought he was dumb for getting tricked by eggman like so easily,Now lets continue on to Tails story once i started to play it was mostly the racing gameplay it was pretty easy and the bosses for him weren't most of a challenged with Tails not like Knuckles when you have to face Chaos 2 that i had a hard time to BEAT HIM!! .Now i did beat Tails story and played Amy's story like 2 days after beating his so as i start and enter the first level for Amy it was like "Why is she getting chased by a big fat robot" i wasn't good on most levels on her story's since Amy was kind of slow on that game but in Sonic heroes she was alot more faster on that game so continuing on once i finished Amy's story and got her items i thought her levels were kind of slow and you couldn't hit the robo alot like about 3 times and then i had to play with the retarded fat cat BIG.......................... So as i started and played his fishing levels i was like "WTF should i do!!!!!" and asked my brother to help me do Big's and E 102 Gamma's story for me since i was pretty lazy at that time so yeah that's how i did get use to Sonic and i have already unlocked Metal Sonic on SA1 so if anyone still hasn't unlocked him then hahahahahaha

Wow, mine's so simple. I wanted a Sega Genesis after hearing about it, back in '94. Bought one, it came with Sonic 3. Played it, was hooked, and yadda yadda yadda, I'm still a fan. Got every single game except Riders: Zero Gravity, cause I hated the first one, and the Saturn games, since I never owned a Saturn.

i was 5 when i played my first sonic game it was sonic adventure i miss the game i got sonic adventure 2 right now for sega dream cast but its not as good as sonic advnture |

How I became a Sonic fan was my brother had gotten Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity for Wii and it was soooo much fun! Then, I got Sonic Heroes and the first Sonic Riders. We took back the Sonic Riders because we pretty much beet them, but Sonic Heroes is so much fun, i'm always gonna keep it ^^. Then, I found out there was a TV show for Sonic, Sonic X, and I watched all the episodes for about a month (I had to watch them on the internet.) Now, I am a HUGE fan of Sonic.

Actually, I too kinda grew up with Sonic. My mom used to play Sonic 2 when I was a baby, but she wasn't nuts for him. I wanted to know who the blue blur was in the third grade, roughly around Sonic Heroes' release. I asked my grandma who owned the Gemisis, and she showed me. It was almost like Sonic walked in through the door into my heart without knocking! The funniest part is when She said, "His name is Sonic," all I said was "Sonic......". It was really funny. The next day I went to school, I told my friends about Sonic and the small amout of info I knew: He's blue, He's a hedgehog, and he's fast. Never did I know that what my friends loved to discuss at lunch: Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.  Note: I only use Sonic smilies. |

I played or saw someone play (Don't remember) Sonic The Hedgehog (1). I think I saw them play. Years later, while at my first forum ever, someone spammed links to Sonic Zone forum. I saw Sonic in the banner, and I was like HEY, THATS THAT ONE GUY FROM THAT ONE GAME and since I knew the name of the game, I rented or bought Sonic Heroes, my first sonic game. Which I thought was the bomb back then. ...Then I bought a gamecube, and played Sonic Adventure 2. Haha, my opinion changed. |

I was seven years old and I went to my mate Simons house... He was playing Sonic 1 on the Master System... I was clueless, he even had to explain to me why all the other Badniks died on the first hit but Robotnik took several... Yes, I hadn't grasped the concept of a boss yet... That year I pleaded with my folks for a Master System for Christmas... and a Happy Boy was I!
