First up, the destruction of Mobotropolis. I am still confused about the nanites; I distinctly recall Nicole almost in tears when Naugus crystallised the bloody things - she lost her connection to them, they're gone. Her words. So someone explain to me how the hell they're still around to fix shit.

The people of Acorn/Knothole/Mobotropolis are now getting under my skin. Panicked masses with the Iron Queen are now just being stupid for the sake of being stupid. We won't listen to the Freedom Fighters who've been saving us for YEARS, we'll listen to the random bad guy who's now suddenly a good guy.

Battle Lord is as confident as ever, even when staring defeat right in the face. He's been a highlight of the entire arc for me and it's a shame that he's probably going to go quiet for a while along with the rest of the BBA.

Sonic. As mentioned in the main comic threads, Robotnik is getting darker and genuinely evil, not just a guy coming up with hair-brained schemes. In a similar manner, Sonic seems to be losing his cool and becoming ever more willing to kick the snot out of anyone who hurts him, his friends or his family. He's taken it to a whole new level. As the action starts it comes across as controlled aggression, but as the issue continues it becomes ever more apparent that something's changed inside Sonic. Finally, the continued loss and pain is getting to him.

The activating and uncovering of Babylon's true purpose is revealed, and ties in nicely with some back issues concerning A.D.A.M.(one of the better arcs, if you haven't read it!) and his plans for Babylon. A dark truth about the Babylonians is revealed too, I won't mention it even in the spoiler but if it really is canon(and I doubt it) then it's another game changer. At least, for the birds.

Babylon rises. And utterly dwarfs the already significantly massive Fortress, which attaches itself to Babylon in an attempt to follow.
Battle Lord realises he was double-crossed... again... We see Fukurokov and Speedy once more briefly, Speedy being dispatched to keep the BBA's destiny in their grasp. And in the process, we see Sonic further slide into the anger he's been holding back for so long.

Babylon falls, and takes the Fortress with it. From the distance shot we get the two vessels look repairable, so I predict a return for both at some point. I'd love to see the Gardens fully functional once again.

Arc ends with changing of goals, and beginnings of attempts to either move on from Babylon, or rebuilding the damage done because of it. This arc was definitely a game changer, ain't nothing gonna be the same after this.
