D: Perhaps i'm not gonna force you but i hate studying too. But if i don't want to repeat the entire class again, i need to study. It's my motivation. That, and the fact i'm scoring grades for Sonic Generations. Come on, it's just reading over 50-80 pages of a book and 30 pages of your exercise book, what's so difficult? ...

That's how I studied when I was prepping for my finals. If there was something I couldn't clearly remember, I would skim the chapters a few times once I found myself in the right mindset to do so. If you feel you're burned out, take some time and chill, decompress. People always say to not stress these things or they become an anxiety issue. I'm gonna have to say they're right. Don't let this become something menacing to the back of your mind. Just take it with every hour as needed and finish what you can. Remember, there's no one on the other side of the door that's gonna bust in and snap your leg like a twig because you didn't study enough or you screwed up your mid-terms. The school won't be hell-bent on making your life miserable either if you slip behind. You'll just need to take whatever assistance they offer or ask for it. Summing things up, skim the chapters a few times when you feel ready. Don't stress about it, it's not the end of the world, lest you forget. And lastly, there are no bad consequences to not scoring a perfect if you don't in the long shot. Accept help where it can be found.

When i study i don't think "Oh shit i gotta read over 200 pages of a book? D:" But instead i think "Hm..then after reading 40 pages i'm gonna take a break" and i do a break exactly like that. =3 Do something for 20 minutes, then get back to the book. You don't need to read the book in one sitting, since you have 6 more days, i'm sure you'll make it just as long as you will motivate yourself. =3

Don't tell me what I can or can't do! Posts: 4,317 Group: Former Monarchs Member #13 Joined: April 13, 2006	Midterms seem like the scariest things but in all honesty, for me at least, they aren't that bad. Because they have to cover the major topics of what you learned because they can't fit in every small detail in there like chapter tests can. So really, as long as you've done your studying throughout the year, you should be fine with just refreshing your memory!
