Search a picture, see full size image, and right click and copy image URL. Paste on the avatar URL upload and bang! Your done. Or you can ask to upload a image from higher ups.

Where was my diabolical mind?! @Cato: It's easy to see how many posts you need. At the top of the screen there is a little box that says ''preferences''. Click it and it will show you how many posts you need to rank up.
