Okay, so we have most favourite but let's hear what stages drove people positively loopy. Or the ones to just downright didn't like aesthetically. Because we need a fair balance to ascertain what was good and bad, right?

For me, this award had to go to Seaside Hill. This level had so many crappy traps it was untrue. For Modern Sonic we had a booster pads sending you to places where if you didn't land dead center, you'd fall off and die, and a weird change of camera angles kept throwing me off and making me homing attack off the side...

Classic Sonic had spike traps in the worst possible places and there've been moments in the underwater segments where I've either fallen through a 'floor' into the pit beneath, or those mines have insta-killed me.

So yeah, what stages did you guys like least?

Seaside Hill for classic sonic. Spent too much time underwater.

For modern, I'd have to say... Chemical plant? I don't know. It's a pretty short level and not the greatest.

Even though i wasn't too pleased to see Crisis City and Rooftop run on a game that's meant to highlight Sonics best moments -_- I'd have to say Seaside Hill gave me the most trouble too, so it gets my vote.

I was pleased with all of the levels classic/modern but I'd have to say classic City Escape I wasn't that big on but the truck parts were a cool touch.

Awwwww, why's that?

I'll come out with my second place too - Speed Highway. Probably because there's this nasty glitch on Modern Sonic's stage during that run down the side of the building that makes him quickstep all the way to the left and make you unable to do anything for a while... That REALLY messed up my rank...

Well I guess because it's just so much more fun in 3D on Generations and Adventure 2. lol

With City Escape I felt that some of the rails and jumps in the beginning (of course, modern Sonic's version) were quite difficult at first and kind of still are.

Actually it's just supposed to celebrate his history, good and bad. I'm glad the stages got in since it shows you what it could have been like if the games were done properly.

That said, Rooftop Run is one of my favourite stages in Sonic's history. Usually I'll fire Unleashed up just to play through that a couple of times. Unleashed was a decent game if not somewhat unforgiving with it's pitfall deaths and the like.

Anyway, my least liked stage? Hm... I dunno really, I like most of them in one way or the other.

I guess Seaside Hill Act 1 for it's somewhat annoying underwater sections. But it's not like you can't avoid them if you know what you're doing.

Planet Wisp in general considering how long each act seems to drag on for. Also Orange Rocket is a bit of a pain in the ass to use in this game.

That's really about it. Not that I strongly dislike any of them, but out of the stages they're probably the ones I enjoy the least. *shrug*

I'd go for Green Hill ironically. Just too short and easy, my first move in the game was to get all the medals there(piece of cake)and never play that stage again.
Note: Not saying it's a bad level, but it's the one I don't like going through a lot of times. I know it's friggin' Green Hill but...yeah, it just doesn't catch my attention anymore.
To speak with your heart, you need to Open your Heart. To do so, you must Live and Learn in His World to show What I'm made of, but the world has Endless Possibilities so in the end, It doesn't Matter what will happen, you will Reach for the Stars...

TBH, I didn't like Planet Wisp with Modern Sonic. All the power ups you have to use well... they're annoying. =/ But I'm not really trying to diss Colors for it's unique power ups, it's a fresh idea I just didn't like them.

I'm not too fond of having to deal with Rooftop Run or Planet Wisp. If I had the choice to change those I'd pick Jungle Joyride and that one planet with the Roller Coasters in it.

Metal Sonic's rival battle. It was too easy. That opening cutscene made me think this was gonna be epic, but it wasn't. Poor Metal just can't seem to top his greatness in Heroes.

I can't decide between Rooftop Run and Planet Wisp.. Both Classic and Modern, I especially dislike Classic Rooftop Run though. So I guess that gets my vote.
