She wears it down with two pigtails tied up with dark blue ribbons; and her over-long bangs swept to the right side of her face and held in place with a matching thin dark blue headband Hair Colour: really light ice blue (almost white with a silvery bluish tint). Attire -A cobalt blue button up jacket w/ no sleeves; with a white collar, 6 silver buttons (3 in 2 columns), and triangular coattails hanging down in the back past her waist -matching royal blue arm sleeves that go from her wrists to just under her forearm; with silver cufflinks and white embroidery/lining - really dark blue leggings (looks black in poor lighting) that stop at the shins and have white frills on the edges and a white embroidered thin ivy pattern -white ankle socks -royal blue cloth boots trimmed in white fur, they are sort of thick and clunky and they go to mid-shin, they are secured with silver buttons -a white cloth tasseled belt is secured underneath the jacket on her waist -a dark pink collared undershirt can barely be seen underneath the jacket -a simple silver chain necklace with a tiny flower-shaped locket charm on it -tiny silver stud earrings Powers: Isadel can harnest power from the weather, specifically storms. She cannot manipulate the weather or being about a storm, etc. she can only gather power from the weather and use it for attacks. Each weather-based attack drains her signifigantly (anywhere from 10%-25% each attack, depending on the strength of said attack) and takes a few hours (or a couple hours of sleep) to replenish When she is drained, (or for some other reason), she will rely on her highly-developed hand-to-hand skills. Being the size that she is, she also has high manueverability and agility, and can run pretty fast. Equipment: a retractable silver staff tied with blue and pink ribbons, this staff can contain some of the lightning Isadel harnesses for her lightning-based attacks. Also her primary melee weapon. It is about as tall as her, an inch shorter or so, so it doesnt have the greatest reach. However, though it is very heavy, Isadel can run and manuever just as fast wih it, and some of her best staff attacks come from above. Location of black line: straight across her collar bone, it is mostly visible underneath the cut-outs of the jacket

Current Status: M.I.A. Posts: 1,297 Group: A Rank Hero Member #12,031 Joined: April 25, 2011	ok, well, this power i got in a dream last night, so its not fully finished, partly because i dont remember all of it, but i'll try and fill in any gaps that come up. Name:Adams Stephenson Age: 29 Gender: Male Appearance: Medium length blonde hair, to shoulder, pale skin, Blue shirt, black pants, daggers sheathed on his hips, square box on his back hip for his wire Weapons/Equipment: Two daggers; retractable Wire (for holding things in place; is extrememely strong. has hooked end, for grappling) Powers/Abilities: By looking something in the eye and staring at it for a minute ith his power, he's capable of putting it into a trance like stae. This basically copies it's 'soul', and allows him to use powers it possessed, or traits, such as night vision, or enhanced smell from said creature. Unfortunately, the creature may try and resist this trance, and the longer the trance, the more likely it'll be able to break free. If a creature breaks free through force of will, then he is Racked ith terrible pain, as though his back had been ripped off, most of the time, knocking him unconscious. Another ability of his black lines, is that if he takes the 'soul' of an animal, he is capable of having his arms and hands turn into that animals forearms/legs. He only capable of having one creature in a trance at a time. This may work on other people, allowing him temporary access to black line powers, though humans are more capable of resisting. an interesting side effect of having the 'soul' taken is that that creatures body becomes indestructible while in the trance. Location of Black Line: straight across both of his eyes (Lids and actual pupils) that extend a little past the eyes, and across the back of his hands, similar to a skeletal framework, extending along each finger and ending at the tips. I'll probly have to change some of it, but i hope it passes.
