"Jay..." I didn't even know what to say to him. What could I say? The only think I knew to do was hug him. And that's what I did. I wrapped my arms around him and held him, imagining the pain he must have been feeling. I didn't know if he still had any feelings towards her, but regardless it was really tough news to hear.

"A-re you gonna be alright Jay?" I asked softly. I never really knew how to handle situations like this. It was always really hard for me, but if Jay needed someone to comfort him then I would. It was kind of odd that he didn't even know about her death. It was all over the news when it happened.
