Christmas is back again

I'm considering there's room for another RP. But who's determined and/or willing to step it up and join me in a possible long extensive adventure. No Genre are set as of now, but there's that I'm more for the medieval, or modern styles. I'm not saying nether one has to post once each day, nor once each week, but that'd be fine, or else we could end up forgetting what previously happened right. Giving us even more reason to drop out. I know there's real life out there, so I'm not asking no one to put some available time aside, unless you think your able to. And now to the part when I ask. Who's willing to write an adventure with me? (I didn't ask through PM, mostly because I barely know the folks around here anymore. The ones I do, are ether not interested, or I'm already involved in one another RP. Conclusion is, I'm looking between 2-4 members. Because no matter what advanced RP there is, no one will work further then to the limit it fails, or receives almost no replies for such an extensive time, that no one else bothers, because they've obviouslly found a different project, or just simply forgotten. So what this is for, well also discussion on what this RP will involve, etc. Members in this. I'm not currently brought down by too many RPs, so I'll bite. This'll give me a chance to gain some character developement for some of my unused characters. Medieval sounds like a good start, I won't have to change my bios too much. |

Looks like we could stick with this team/(Mr. Six, Miracle,(Tiffany) and Aaron. We're in a bit of crisis though. As I see one wanting the medieval, while the other wishes to take on the modern world. I'd say, make a combination of them both, any ideas how we could solve this. Like maybe some time travelling concept. And Miracle, I know your schedule is a tough one. We could easily make an effort using the, Post in a specific order. Let's say I'm the one who'll get things started, I'm legit on waiting till everyone else have made their updates. For starters however, this is meant for discussion. So if you have any ideas on how we could combine the different times, and still make it work. Don't be shy to tell me what you want. I like that idea on making a posting order. It'd be like taking turns; it sounds neater. ^.^ As for the genre, we could either mix 'em up or cross them over. By mixing them, I mean offering a blend of both styles. We get the modern era with cars, computers, and other tech, but the hierarchy and ecosystem could be akin to medieval times. The crossing over version would involve having both worlds as separates but getting the characters to criss-cross between them. Maybe medieval characters used some sort of time spell to travel to the future, or the more modernized people managed to invent a time machine and went back to the past with it. Or both. I could see one or the other traveling to a different time and after getting back to their own, individuals from the other timeline decided to follow them through history. Was that understandable or was I too vague? I don't mind giving a more detailed explanation of my idea if anyone needs it. |

No no! I think your on the right track here. Doesn't matter if we move to the future or the past. In fact, it may be even more hilarious if some swordsmen/medieval soldiers/characters ended up in a giant metropolis, or to the future in general. Of course, I want to hear what you think? (Aaron, and Mr. Six.) And Miracle, I've always preferred it like that with posting in order. The likeliness someone may loose track of time, and then a few decide to make countless of replies in a short time-period. Anything else, other ideas. Please come forth with them before we launch it? |

Just call me Ezekial. I have an idea for a bit of a modern setting, but there would still be the feel of medieval times. Take for example Archie's Sonic the hedgehog.  I'm not saying that the area should be exactly as such, but there would be possibilities for a few similarities. |

Well then we have our Genre. Genre. Medieval/Modern mix Now I'm not hurrying along making this RP before we have everything settled. So I'm now looking for the concept/plot of this RP. I could see several alternatives. There's the alternative to search for an artefact, whereas two sides, (one evil and one partial good) along with some neutral additions. (Yes if someone wondered, I'm more used to write with more characters then just one.) But I'm willing to hear more ideas. I'm probably approving of just about anything. So what's it going to be? Also we need a name. I'm completely clueless of course at the moment. |

hmmmmm...artifact searching can work, as long as it's not confusing (I had written an RP about finding a weapon once, and now it's out of control lolz) However, there's the generic "Take down the big bad evil thing" concept, that always works, although gets boring at times....how about a mix of both of those? Like how the Zelda games are, if i'm not mistaken? as for the title, I'm still working on that. |

Yeah, that's more or less what I meant with the blend thing. So we're going to blend the styles, not cross them? OK. Now plot... Hm... Well, you know, this is just off the top of my head (after spending a minute or so trying to get something in it XP), but... How about if there's some sort of plague or something (can be of either biological or mystical nature, assuming we have magic on top of science; in said case, it could be both, since it could have been brought upon as the result of alchemy). This plague is killing many citizens and the only way to save them is to find the cure. Because it's a dangerous journey, the king or whoever's in charge is offering a very large reward in exchange. If that's not good enough, I can try to come up with something else. |

Fair enough. Trying to stick to the whole searching thing, how about the search for someone important, like the rightful heir to a throne or a hero of legend that's been reborn or something? |
