Angel Island Act 2
|
Luna the Badger Primary Information Name: Luna (a.k.a. The Mistress) Age: 23 Sex: Female Race/Species: Alien/Killer Badger Weight: 145 lbs. Height: 4'5'' Birthday: Unknown Birthplace: Naxxi' Rotheon (terrestrial planet in the Selsar Galaxy; destroyed) Current Residence: Ikhesis II (terrestrial planet in the Asennian Galaxy; used as a base) Family: All deceased by her hand Father: King Maurice II [Full Moon Emblem Bearer; deceased] Mother: Queen Annalisa [Gibbous Emblem Bearer; deceased] Personal Information Alignment: Evil Occupation: Army commander Personality: Luna's personality is very one-sided. She is a cold-hearted individual who only cares about herself. She holds herself on a pedestal and considers herself invincible, God-like. Luna's alarmingly massive God complex and equally as big ego is only second to her destructive power. Luna also has strong leadership skills which were inherited from her father. She can readily take command of an entire squadron and enforce them with valor. She demands very strictly of those on her side of the fence, so much so that she will execute those who disobey her. A negative aspect of her personality is her anger. The time she took fighting hardened her, but she fought so much that it was sorely to increase her skills or because she was angry with herself because she wasn't strong enough. She is also easy to anger. Any insult, no matter how small or unintentional, will evoke her wrath. Appearance: Luna has a long slim body that compliments her evil nature. She has a red mohawk that extends from the base of her forehead to the nape of her neck. It contrasts a black streak rising up her muzzle and riding down her back to the tip of her slender tail. Her facial features are very defined. She has two large tufts of fur that extend out from her cheeks, resembling a moustache at times. Her eyes are creased deeply with thick, black eyebrows while her eyes are a shade of mauve. Her eyelashes are long and slender. Her nails are a deep jet black, measured to be about 6'½'' in length and 5 millimeters thick. She wears two sky blue boots. She has two very sharp fangs that protrude from the sides of her mouth, as well as small, razor-sharp teeth in her mouth. http://media.photobucket.com/image/luna%20sig/FangtheWolf_2008/Luna-sig.jpg?o=11 (a bust of her) ~Another pic in progress~ Hobbies: Other than killing and ruining lives, Luna's hobbies are somewhat limited. They include reading books about philosophy, training when she gets bored, and flying around. Sometimes she can fly for as long as three Earth days without even realizing it. She gets lost in the starry vastness of space, causing her to lose her stream of consciousness as she flies freely for long periods of time. Likes: Luna's likes are all the equivalent of her devious personality. She loves killing and slaughtering for the sheer enjoyment of watching blood spill. Space itself is entirely a playground to her and she indulges in every possible moment. Her opponent's weaknesses are part of the fuel that propels her to kill without a hint of remorse. When not on the offensive line, she loves to lie back and daydream about unending conquest. She enjoys taking her time in branching out the crippling suffering of others. She also loves to haggle, but only if it means the fortification of her new landmarks on whatever planet(s) she set her eyes on. Dislikes: Luna is a sore loser. She cannot stand losing to anyone. Even if they are more powerful than her, she will not quit until she finds a weakness. She also hates persistency. Any opponent that refuses to surrender is a major thorn in her side. Vengeance is something she also despises, probably more than persistence. She specifically mentions that she does not want those coming to her with vengeful thoughts present, as she wants complete dedication to her cause. She wants those who will willingly kill instead of killing to relief a repressed feeling of hate towards someone. Love Interests: None Abilities & Powers Powers: A big majority of Luna's powers come from the moon, hence her name. When the moon is in the sky, her already deadly skills become more deadly. Already she is pretty formidable, but when the moon is out, she becomes much more than a simple threat. However, she has no other powers besides that. The moon is not the source of her great power, but when it is out, they increase dramatically. Abilities: Back on Luna's home planet, Luna learned the basics of fighting from her father before she was eventually self-taught. She knows a wide variety of martial arts and advanced fighting techniques ranging from black belt tae-kwon-do, tai-chi, and karate. She is very fast and agile in her movements, easily blocking most opponent's attacks. She is a master at hand-to-hand combat. She is very fast, easily able to reach the speed of light. Little does she know a blue spiked Earthling is one of very few that surpasses her speed. Discipline: Luna is a middleweight and loves challenging her opponents hand-to-hand. She tends to toy with opponents that are weaker than her, allowing them to get at least one or two hits on her before pounding them to a pulp slowly. Only will she get relentless if she is losing or if her opponent is growing weary. Special(s): Glow in the Dark: Basically, this is a power increase. Whenever she glows, her speed, power, and fighting ability increase tenfold, allowing her to take on much stronger opponents. This only happens when a planet's moon is out. Also when she is glowing, she automatically heals herself from any wound, save a mortal wound. Depending on how many moons a planet may have, the more powerful she becomes and the faster she heals from wounds. Bomb Dance: She takes a small, yet very powerful bomb and places it on the surface of a planet. At first the bomb appears to be inoperable, but the moment she snaps her fingers, the bomb will activate itself and start the countdown to detonation. The bomb is crafted from an unknown metal made only on Luna's home planet. It is so durable that it is impossible to destroy the bomb externally. However it is possible to prevent the bomb from detonating by either rewiring it or cutting the auxiliary wires that are connected to a very sensitive trigger from inside. After three minutes, it detonates. The area of the explosion can wipe out any dwarf planet. Any larger planet gets cratered with the force of 50,000 megatons of TNT. Weakness: Luna is absolutely restricted to close-range fighting. She may have long nails, but they don't reach as long as people think. She has no ranged attacks at all, so it's possible she can be taken advantage of by a long-range assault. Some surfaces of certain planets or building structures act as solvants. This causes her nails to become stuck if she digs deep enough, leaving her defenseless for a moment. History History/Bio: Luna the Badger isn't the type to be friendly with. Known throughout as the Mistress of the Moon, Luna self-taught herself to become a fighter before the destruction of her home planet which she, herself, destroyed. At the peak of her adolescence, she became obsessed with the prospect of power and deviousness, so much so that she dedicated her life to making others miserable to please her lustful fruits of death, destruction, and bloodshed. Luna was born in a moderately large terrestrial planet called Naxxi' Rotheon in the Selsar Galaxy. Luna's father, King Maurice II, was the ruler of a group of spiritual aliens who worshiped the Greek Lunar Goddess, Selene. The king bore the Full Moon Emblem on his chest, the chief symbol of authority and highest rank of power one could achieve. Her mother, Queen Annalisa, was the bearer of the Gibbous Moon Emblem. They were run as a monarch, a very specific hierarchy that the king responded to with pride. During the eclipse of their moon (known to them as the Second Coming), the queen had a child. The news was readily announced by the king. "We've decided. Her name will be Luna and she will have a spirit as bright and beautiful as the moon," he declared. As loyal parents, they made positive she grew into a precious little angel who knew no wrong. She bore the New Moon Emblem, the lowest rank of power. At five years old, Luna knew no wrong. She was as innocent as a lamb. One night, she heard some strange voices coming from outside the castle. She got up from her mother's bedside and walked outside to where the noise was. Not too far away, she saw the image of a poor vagrant getting violently tortured by two thugs. They were relentless in the beating, not stopping to show any form of mercy as the begging man bled profusely. Luna watched in horror, her fragile mind cracking in two between justice and persecution. She wanted to tell her parents, but on the other hand, they would eventually pay. Karma. The people of Rotheon believed that wholeheartedly. Luna silently made her way back to bed. The next day, Luna accidentally crossed paths with the thugs while walking home. She asked them why they had to kill the man. In response, she was mocked and beaten up. Angry, she retaliated and gave them an even worse treatment of pain. Upon seeing the spilled blood again, she ran back to her parents and begged for their protection. They swore they would fight for her. For months, she was protected until she was forced to defend herself again. Her father saw potential in her fighting abilities and began to train her in martial arts. She learned in only six months and started to self-teach herself better techniques. Over time, she began to wonder about the two thugs she hurt, if they were okay. It was shortly confirmed by the coroner who found their bodies in a ditch that they were, in fact, dead. Luna found it strange they didn't bother to recuperate after she hurt them. They never found the killer. With her intense training lasting for five years, her emotions became so streamlined to where she just cared about fighting and gaining power. One day, she decided to go and fight random people. At first it was for curiosity's sake to test her skills, but in little time, she adapted to the thrill of fighting until she eventually took her first life intentionally. She loved the fear she instilled into her victims. The power felt good. For years, the king and queen were stumped on who was committing these murders. After seeing they were as stumped as stumped could be, Luna went to them and confessed. Then without hesitation, she killed them and forged herself to the throne as Supreme Ruler. She ruled with a tyrannous iron fist, bearing the Full Moon Emblem for three years and slaughtering whoever objected to the new corrupt doctrines. After killing every last individual on Rotheon, she decided to rid herself of the infection. She headed to her father's throne room and grabbed from a treasure chest a hundred small bombs. She flew around the planet, laid a few of the bombs on the weakest fault lines, and detonated them. No remnants of the planet remained. Now she travels alone through space on a rampaging warpath of death, doom, and destruction that nobody would dare to stand against. Quotes: "You know, I wasn't always evil." "You will call me Mistress from now on." "Don't talk. Just die." "Fight me!" "Ask me if I care." Edited by Ice Lord, Jul 26 2011, 10:31 AM.

Strange, isn't it?

If there's one thing about this character, it's that the idea is very original. I don't think I've ever seen a badger fan character before, much less an evil one who gains power from the moon. Both the biography and general information are very creative. However, this isn't a good character to be using for RPs. She's definitely overpowered if she can move tens of thousands of times faster than Sonic. If you reduce her speed, though, she'll be fine for role-playing, along with toning down the power of the Bomb Dance. Overall, this is a great bio. Keep up the good work. |

Thanks. I redid her story about three or four different times, and her powers about two times since the original one got more legitimate complaints than I expected. I can lower the destructive potential of her bombs, as well as tone down her speed. Being that she doesn't know anything about Earth or who Sonic is, she doesn't know that this Sonic character is faster than her, even at her fastest (which I should tone down. I don't think Sonic can move three times faster than the speed of light, though he is faster than light as Super Sonic.). I'll take a look at those things. Thanks for the critique. |

Angel Island Act 2
|
Sheva the Hyena Primary Informaton Name: Sheva DeVost Age: 24 Sex: Female Race/Species: Spotted Hyena Weight: 55 lbs. Height: 3'3'' Birthday: May 23, 1752 (3252 in Mobius' timeline) Birthplace: England Current Residence: Port Charleston, England Family: Actual family unknown, still living somewhere in England; now calls the sea her family Personal Information Alignment: Neutral Evil Occupation: Pirate Captain Sexual Orientation: Lesbian Personality: Sheva looks on the bright side of things more often than not. She will approach an obstacle with a wry grin on her face. Sheva, like any pirate sailing the seven seas, will brag about her possessions and use her greed as a catalyst to propel her to steal and pillage innocent people. When it comes to her 300-man crew, she is nicer and more reasonable to her female crew members. The male stretch of her crew always receive the more cruel, vindictive punishments. Sheva also laughs when she approaches land. Her laugh is described by those who have seen her as "maniacal; a truly malignant cackle that sounds like Davy Jones himself is coursing through her soul." She is easy to anger, snapping at the most inconvenient things, such as an accidentally locked door or if someone looks at her the wrong way. The boiling point of her rage comes from being ignored. When she gives an order or asks a question, she expects some kind of response, preferably a vocal one. Appearance: Her looks are no different from the standard English pirate. On her head, she wears a tri-cornered hat that's black with golden trim all around. Five bangs stick from her forehead. A silk ribbon is tied around her neck for mere flamboyancy. She wears a sturdy mahogany doublet made of thick calico fibers. There are big golden buttons on the side of it for novelty appearance. Underneath, she wears a sky blue waistcoat over a white lacey cotton shirt. A crimson sash is tied around her waist to support the weight of her dagger dangling freely. Her cutlass is stitched to the back of her jacket inside a sheathe ornamented with jewels and pendants. For her waist and her lower body, she wears white leather breeches that reach down past her knees and cut off into her boots. Her tail is just a gentle stub of a tail. She has a fearsome face, almost demonic in her laughter and her nose scrunches up when she laughs. Her fur is mostly concealed underneath all her pirate gear, but she has dark brown fur with spots all around. Her left eye is an electric purple, the complete inverse of her right. She can barely see out it and she refuses to wear an eye patch. She feels people deserve to witness her as an example to her violation. Hobbies: During her times alone, Sheva loves to gulp down pints of ale. Lucky for her, she knows how to hold her liquor. Her more mature side sips cognac and high-class wine from her personal Jolly Roger wine glass. She loves to tell jokes, too. Sadly, she's not the best jokester. Nine times out of ten, she gets blank stares from her crew. Whlile not out at sea, she is either paying the rent at her flat or running a personal crusade to chasten all the women in Port Charleston. Likes: As a pirate, her likes are very shallow compared to the normal person who condemns her actions. She loves sailing on her war galleon, Cunts of the Sea, or C.O.T.S. and wrecking any and all incoming ships, trade or war. The thrill of pillaging and burning down everything in sight for unbridled amounts of treasure fills her heart with joy. Her entire female crew, which is consisted of 100, she respects with her entire being. Dislikes: She cannot stand being on the defensive all the time. Every now and again, she isn't the one who launches off their cannonballs first. That angers her. She also dislikes having to trade certain valuables. Most times the objects in question are silk, spices, copper, cotton and wheat. Those trading in question are the Spanish; and every time Sheva gets caught, they are shot on sight by patrolling corsairs. Her entire male crew, which consists of 200, she despises. She doesn't ever let them forget about the day they violently raped her, and will force them to perform the most egregious tasks no other soul could bear just to get back at them. Love Interests: Silvia E. Briggs - This grey wolf is Sheva's Lieutenant. She was the main one who took care of Sheva after her raping. She even helped her stage the assault on the former pirate captain and help her completely hijack the ship. She owes everything to Silvia and more. Though she does not share these feelings with her, they're shown in her actions that she wants to get her Lieutenant into bed with her Captain. Melissa Mason - A crow female and C.O.T.S.' head gunwoman. Another one who stuck by Sheva during bleak times. She has actually managed to get Melissa into bed on several occasions, but during those times one of them was either drunk or they were under attack. Any other time after that, Sheva has failed to cultivate the gunner to her captain's sex drive. She has not quit trying to squeeze Ms. Mason between her and the bedsheets. Vivianna K. Winston - A fennec girl and the only female doctor on board. She might not have been present at Sheva's rape, but she was a victim of male abuse, also. She will help the males, but with not as much caring devotion as she would to the females. Sheva has feelings for her because she worked tirelessly to try to restore the sight in her left eye, as well as acting as her counselor after it all. Abilities & Powers Powers: After ransacking and burning a Cuban village to kingdom come, a hurricane struck off the coast. Sheva lost her doublet in the storm. It was struck by lightning, almost tearing it to ribbons. After being marooned for half a fortnight, C.O.T.S. was repaired and her doublet was stitched back to normal by Cuban slaves two days after the devestating storm. After drying up, it was discovered that Sheva's doublet now bore the power of lightning. Sheva's lightning powers are always charged, so she is usually ready for battle. They range from simple lighting strikes from her palms, to punches and kicks while the lightning channels to those areas, to more advanced combos with her cutlass or dagger. Abilities: Sheva is an agile one, built on speed. She can run at a decent speed across land, but her full speed allows her to run on water for a short time for a desperate escape. She is fast, but not as fast as certain people like Blaze or Sonic, especially. Sheva's espionage tactics are debatable, but she can blend in really well with nature and camouflage herself in shrubs and palm trees. Discipline: Sheva's fighting style is a combination of long-range and close-range attacks. She uses her cutlass in almost all fights and her dagger is used mostly for threatening people when she successfully raids a village. When she decides to pull her dagger out in combat, it is more or less used for fatal finishing blows to a weakened opponent. Though she is average with close-range, she is an expert at long-range offense because of her lightning attacks. When it comes to her defense, her body is a bit light, so she depends on her reflexes to dodge attacks while occasionally throwing a punch or kick in to intimidate them. Specials: Jolly Roger: This attack requires a fixed amount of energy be used, and it depends on the conditions of the weather. She gathers moisture in the air, compresses it and turns it into pure light for a single devastating attack. There are a few ways this attack can be executed. One way she uses is to take her cutlass and swing it across the sky in which a massive torrent of lightning bolts will aim directly at her opponent for a few seconds. The second method is to hit an opponent in any one pressure point, causing static electricity to race through that spot, thus making it go temporarily numb. When using this method, she intends to use her full speed. The third and final method is more of a short power boost where each attack connected causes more damage and greater recoil to the opponent. This method is her tour de force when using the Jolly Roger special because she can stay on the offense Quick Escape: Exactly what this move is: a quick escape from the battlefield. It does not require much on her part, but if she is heavily damaged, it will amplify the pain of those wounds much more, sometimes putting her life at risk if they are severe. She channels energy directly to every limb in her body and turns her body into a bolt of lightning to escape back to her ship. She prefers to do this only when she has successfully salvaged treasure and has to get away. Weakness: The problem that Sheva has that she has never learned when she was a child was how to swim. She doesn’t mind getting wet, but if she falls in deep water, someone has to be there otherwise she will drown. Her crew members think less of her for the sad fact that she is incapable of saving herself when she falls in a large body of water. Water also is the Achilles Heel to her lightning powers. Water exhausts her powers to the brink and she cannot use them for anything, so she is just stuck with her fists and whatever weapons she has on her. History: History/Bio: Sheva's brooding and harsh childhood has since become nothing more than a piece of forgotten history in her mind. Unlike the regular formula where the mother was at home caring for the children and house and the father was out working, Sheva's mother was the one working outside the house 24/7. As the "bridesmaid," he painstakingly took care of the entire house on his penniless wage. It wasn't known by Sheva what her mother was doing away at such late hours of the night, coming home every night, dress torn up. Her father put all speculations aside of such immoral actions, only because the family was under such stress, and continued to care for their daughter. On a muggy Thursday afternoon, Sheva's father went searching for employment. After successfully landing a job as an electrician, he came back home late only to find nobody home. Sheva was taken into the arms of French pirates. She fought wildly to escape back to her home, but they were already too far across the Atlantic to go back (not like they were going to head back anyway). She was lost and hopeless against the cutlasses of these fearsome pirates. Much to her dismay, they were hired to kidnap English children between the ages of two and seven and morph them into dreadful, non-fearing pirates and privateers. Since Sheva was only five, she had no clue about pirate conduct, how to fight, nautical slang, who John Rackham was or what the Jolly Roger stood for -- she felt ignorant. She was taught how to defend herself and she learned the ups and downs of piracy. At ten, she knew enough to where she felt competent enough to call herself a pirate. However, she had to go through an initiation afterwards which was not an initiation, but more so a public display of embarrassment by the boys. Their tasks for her were mostly menial and incompetent, such as mopping up purposely spit up food by the male crew. They couldn't get enough of her body, however -- their favorite task they requested of her, usually done at least three to five times a day, was to swab the deck just so they could stare at her ass. The final nail in her coffin which led her to lose her trust in all males was her violent rape by the male captain of the vessel and five of his top-ranking male pirates. She was violently deflowered without any remorse. "She looked like jailbait to us," they smirked afterwards. The captain's words to her after the rape was, "Fear not, Sheva, as you are now considered a woman." From there, she made a solemn vow never to put her faith in men again. In retaliation, she killed the captain, took control of the ship and sailed around the world, robbing treasures and pillaging villages for herself and the rest of the female crew. EXTRA: Sheva has sailed over fifty different bodies [of water] ranging from the Red Sea, the Black Sea, the Caribbean, all four oceans and has stolen over $2.5 million worth of priceless treasures. The ship that she took control of, once called The Sea Lions, was renamed to Cunts of the Sea or just C.O.T.S to symbolize her new freedom and disposition for the male populace. Other: Quotes "Prepare to hoist anchor!" "Men? *scoffs* They're better off dead." "Half a pint of grog, if you would." "Have a taste of me lightning." "Man the cannons!" "What's your problem? Pirates don't say 'argh!'' like you so blindly believe." Theme: Running Wild - Siberian Winter Other Factoid(s): ~Sheva's true feelings for the three crew members in Love Interests are masked underneath a pseudo lustful nature because she'd be mortified if word got out she was in love with a subordinate of her own crew.~ ~Sheva's eye became discolored by a sperm glob being shot directly into her eye. It was never cleaned before seeping directly into her cornea, causing near blindness in her left eye.~ ~After becoming captain, she went into a rampage and killed most of the males. One male in particular, Blake Bachman, was one of the original crew members. He humbled himself to her out of fear, becoming Sheva's top navigator.~ |

Wow, both of these characters are really original. I like them a lot. I can tell that you're really creative. I like how Luna is especially evil..A lot of people try to pull off the merciless evil type character and fail; but you've nailed it. In addition, both of the characters are very well-rounded. Their backgrounds are intricate and interesting, to say the least. Originality is key, and thats another thing you've nailed. |

Thank you. ^^ To be honest, I would have a drawn image of Sheva in order to save the almost clinically extensive physical description, but all the pirate gear I put on her is preventing me from getting it done. Being a perfectionist sucks sometimes, especially if you want to get things done. |
