I mean, it's been feeling like a real sizzler with heat indexes of 110 degrees over here for two days along with 100 degrees all the other days! That's just insanity! We were lucky to get rain the other day, but I still feel it's not enough. $:\$

As for where I am, it sure feels like a heatwave. It may only be around 90 degrees but its so humid around here so it feels like 100. I can not wait for summer to be done with. Im more of an autumn/winter person.

I remember when the Midwest (mostly the Chicago area because that's where I live) got bombarded by the string of storms and we lost power. As soon as the storms were over, the heatwave instantly stepped in and caused an even more depressing climate. Because of that, I'm so tired of summer. Give me my winter, please.
	Is it possible to please one person? Yes. Is it possible to please 10 people at once? Possibly, but highly unlikely. Is it possible to please over 7.4 billion human beings at one time? Impossible. ~~~~ Do not attempt to become the world's breadbasket, because it is the equivalent of torture.

Trying to go with a theme this time Posts: 3,032 Group: E Rank Legend Member #11,365 Joined: August 31, 2010	Yeah, it wasn't too bad for me. You get use to that kind of choking hot weather when you spend a day in the Missouri summer. Today was the first day I realized it had passed, and I'm glad it did. None of my friends wanted to go to the pool because of how hot it was, yet I'm sitting here thinking, "It's not that hot!"

I'm a naturally sweaty person (Yeah gross I know...) and with the heat that makes it worse. In fact it sucks more when the AC stops working. So I really hope it goes away. I can't take the heat but I can't leave the kitchen. It's a pretty bad conundrum.

I just knew it was really hot, and that I didn't want to go outside. So I didn't and I'm cool, pardon the pun. :P Now I just hope the AC doesn't quit like last summer. But come to think of it, we had to get a new one last summer, so it's less likely. @Ice Lord: I agree. The only reason I like summer is the fact that I don't have to go to school. I much prefer winter weather.

I think we're starting to head on over here in NY. My friend lost power the other day and almost all of the stores yesterday were running on emergency power because of intense thunderstorms and rain. Tragic lights and crossing lights were out aswell as the train that runs right through our area.

At night , it was dark. I mean, pitch black all the way down the entire block. It was scary, actually, seeing how black it was outside.

But anyways, It's clear skys now, so we must have gotten hit when it was withering down. Now it feels like the Heat waves back from where I am.
