Launch Base Act 2 Posts: 315 Group: A Rank Guardian Member #10,104 Joined: June 27, 2009	I've been thinking about this alot, so here's the simple question: What would you think of an adventure game based on chao? If done by sega or dimps or whoever, I'd rather see it as an action platformer, like the old days when there was more of a variety of games...... (Still waiting for sega to make new releases of old titles) X)

While I think such a project would be better suited only for the PSP or perhaps the (3)DS, if done right, it would be a great success. I doubt it would be an action platformer though, but rather something like Mario Party, where it's one huge game of minigames. Or, if done by the same guys who made Chronicles (still hoping for that sequel), an RPG might work where, along with levels, how the Chao is/are raised would also make them stronger (i.e., what foods they eat, what animals they cuddle, what Chaos Drives they absorb, etc.) I may just be the only one thinking like that, though, so not getting my hopes up.
	I have an interest in spriting. If anyone has a request, don't hesitate to ask. Deep stuff below: Spoiler: click to toggle The world. Filled with millions of differences. I know SADX's chao system isn't as good as SA2B's, but it would still be awesome to train your chao, see it in action, and actually play as the chao in a minigame or in the Action Stages. I used to fancy the idea of using a playable chao that would have stats proportional the chao garden's. Thinks about city Escape with chao

I would love to see a chao based game. I could see it kind being like Sonic 3D Blast. That was the one with the flickies right? Anywho,I could see it kind of going like that. Fun little tasks to complete in order to save some cute chao. Really waiting for them to bring those little guys back.

I would like Sega/Sonic Team to continue the trend set by Colors, and hopefully Generations. A chao game for (3)DS(i) ware game like mario party would be best. It would be a fun spinoff, but wouldn't detract from the main series like a full blown game would.

Posts: 3,112 Group: E Rank Legend Member #59 Joined: April 29, 2006	Maybe Chaos Drives and Small Animals could be achieved through various exploration (a la SA2 -- your main chao would gather these items and then they would be stored for later use in the garden?) methods or minigames (along with earning rings). As well, there could be a town like SA2 with a battle area, black market, kindergarten, etc.
