As the energy coursed through him, Force felt a new kind of transformation coming on, unlike any other he had experienced before. His fur turned shining white, and his quills stuck straight upwards, the markings on them turning green--emerald green. He was enveloped in a lime aura as he sank down an inch or two to the ground after a brief moment of floating. Staring at Shadow with his glowing eyes, Force replied in an echoey voice, "Well, there's your answer." He wondered what the Hydra-Bot would think when it looked behind itself.

Strange, isn't it?
 Not verbally answering the "kick some robot ass" statement, Force decided it was a good idea. Force pointed his dominant hand at the glass window, charged up his abilties, and yelled, "Chaos... Spear!", sending a bolt of Chaos energy directly at the window. Hopefully, the window and the metal surrounding it would break, allowing Force to attack the sensitive electronics inside.

Launch Base Act 1
 @742: You launched the spear, but, as you have never used Chaos Energy before, the spear launches off shards of energy in every direction as it flies from you to the bot. The spear breaks the glass and shatters many mechanical components. The heads and necks of the hydra-bot, which were originally trying to turn and aim at you, grow stiff and immobile. The last bits of the Chaos Spear are absorbed by the Emerald and then launched back out, knocking you off the machine.

(...)@Chaos: The energy from the spear begins flying towards you. As it flies you see a wave of energy following behind it, and gaining. (Little note: no absorbing this power and then using it. K?)

@Segalove: "Odd, people usually come here to, I dunno, save people, or stop Eggman from taking over the world despite knowing that his mega-machines don't work anyways." The robot begins walking away. "Whatever, I'll let A-4, er, Amy, deal with you."

@Aaron: You head down the hall and you can see a lot more than on the Champ-cam. As you go down you see that the hall begins getting more, and more decrepit. You hear the voices that where going down the hall. You only catch one word, "Sonic", before they start moving away and become too quiet. You continue moving and eventually see what, you're assuming, hurt Champ. There are a series of very large fan-like blades spinning in front of you.

"Hmm....there's your problem Champ. it was these fan blades. Luckily, i came prepared," he said, grabbing a claymore mine from his pack, and setting it right by the first fan blade. Then, he attached a remote mine onto the floor in front of the second and third fan blades.

"Ok...here goes nothing," he said to champ as they retreated a couple of steps away from the would-be danger zone. He hid back behind the wall, and pressed the detonate button. Then a large explosion, combining with the scraping and clanging of metal fan blades was heard. Hoping the coast is clear, Aaron drew his katana, and began to sneak into the new route he created.

 Shadow quickly jumped backwards, onto the wall and wall jumped over the spear bits.
Then, a shockwave came, in a reflex, shadow launched a chaos control ad dissappeared, to pop up right behind it.
"phew, that was close. You better watch out." he said, te last part to force.

Strange, isn't it?
 "Whoa!" exclaimed Force as he was knocked off of the Hydra-Bot. Apparently this form was a bit more unstable than he expected. He glanced at the Hydra-Bot, realizing that it was unmoving and its eyes were no longer glowing. That must mean it was deactivated. Force reached his hand through the hole where the glass window used to be, trying to pull the Emerald out from inside. At least, that's what he would have done, if not for a shockwave of energy emerging from the deactivated robot. Force jumped backwards and used a bit of the energy that he had abosorbed from the Emerald to perform Chaos Control and teleport behind the shockwave. He knew his form was unstable, but it was pretty much his only option. He hoped he wouldn't reform somewhere unexpected after the teleport was finished.

 After theshockwave, Shadow calmly walked towards the robot, reached for the chaos emerald, jowever, he stopped is movement when his hand was just an inchabove the emerald.

 Force stared at his surroundings and was relieved to see that he had finished his teleport in the right place. He noticed Shadow sticking his hand into the wreckage of the Hydra-Bot. He waited for a few seconds, with Shadow's hand still in there, but he never pulled the Emerald out. "Shadow?" Force asked. "Why aren't you pulling the Emerald out yet? Is it a fake?"

 @Aaron: The blast seemed louder than it should have. Then again, you are in an enclosed space, so echos are always a possibility. You see metal shards strewn about the area. The entire area is a mess and the damage is greater than what would be caused by a few mines. Perhaps there where other explosives, or it could just be that you hit a weak spot. You don't have much time to ponder this as you hear a voice and the clicking of metallic footsteps.

@Chaos: You hear a voice from inside the body of the robot. "Severely damaged. Emerald in danger. Submerging for repairs." Bubbles appear around the robot and it begins to sink into the water. Eggman comes over the bracelet and speaks quietly. "Um... now might be a good time to get off the robot, and, maybe, kill the other guy."

@742: The teleportation didn't go quite as planed, but it didn't kill you. You flashed around the room several times and when you finally stopped you had about half of the amount of energy as before. You hear the machine announce it's descent and begin sinking. As it sinks you hear a voice coming from Shadow, but you cannot hear what it says.

@Segalove: The flying bot hears the question you posed to yourself and answers. "The frog that was sitting on you shoulder hopped off that way." It motions toward a stone tunnel behind it. You listen and can hear the sound of water and the croak of a frog.

 Shadow stepped away from the submerging robot. "Alright then. I had a feeling that was going to happen. And I don't like drowning."
Suddenly, Shadow got a suprised look on his face, and he pointed behind Force. "What the HELL is THAT thing!?"

Aaron quickly hid behind a crate that was near the destroyed fans, waiting for whatever was coming his way. It sounded like a robot, but then again it could have been someone in an egg walker.

 "What?" Force asked, turning away from the submeriging robot. Hopefully, the new object, if it was a threat, wasn't too powerful. (OOC: He fell for it.) He started feeling slightly weakened. It seemed that the teleport out of the way of the shockwave had drained more of his energy than he thought. He estimated that he had about thirty seconds left before his Chaos powers dissappeared. Hopefully, that was enough time to defeat whatever Shadow pointed out.

Then he realized that there was nothing where Shadow had pointed.

"Umm... Shadow?" Force said, his back still turned. "Whatever you saw isn't there anymore."
