(Okay, so I lied.) @Segalove: You dash/stumble into the tent and see that Froggy is being chased around by a few Egg Pawns wielding rapiers. None of them seem to notice you yet, they are too focused on your frog. @742 & Shiro: (Since you are both in the same area, I will specify who a certain statement pertains to via parentheses.) (Both) The Hydra-bot sat for a while and didn't move. (742) The spindashing was becoming nauseating, but then the bot acted. (Both) The Hydra-bot spoke, "No response. Assumption: Angela is incapacitated. Assumption: Unauthorized personnel are responsible for the incapacitation of Angela. Statement: Beginning assault on unauthorized personnel." (742) The spindashing became too much and you began to slow. (Both) Each of the mouths open to reveal some form of weaponry. "Beginning attack in 3, 2, 1" @Aaron: You enter the room. It appears to be an automated kitchen. There are conveyor belts, grills, robotic arms with spatulas attached, and touch screen monitors. All of these are off and there seems to be nobody or nothing around. You glimpse a figure going down a hallway on the rightmost wall. @BlackHog: (Oh, it's not that easy.) You form in Eggman's tower, but it seemed he was prepared. The instant you appear, Eggman hits a button on his control panel. A beam activates and you are suddenly immobile. You float up off the ground and begin to rotate. He begins to speak, "Thought you could take the easy way in could you? Clone." The word clone sounds like an insult, and it rings in your mind like a hammer hitting steel. "That bot checked authorization, and told me that you were here." You rotate further and see where the beam is coming from, a device hanging from the ceiling. At the very center of it is a chaos emerald. "Like my device? It's how I caught Sonic." Another voice speaks up, "I let you catch me... Hey Shadow." Eggman speaks, "I have two more chaos emeralds too. One's being used for a hydra-bot. The other I'm going to use to take over the world!" He begins laughing. You rotate further and see Sonic, he looks bad. His eyes are bloodshot, you can see his ribcage, his breathing seems labored, and the ends of his quills are singed. He just hangs there, not struggling, just hanging there. "See", says Eggman, "I have total control now, there is no way anyone can stop me! I'm going to let you loose, but not without restraint. Bring it here." A service bot rolls over and hands Eggman a bracelet. He walks over to you and attaches it to your wrist. He puts a key in, turns it, presses a few buttons and there is a click. He presses one more button and there is a stabbing pain that shoots up your arm. "Now there are three needles stuck in your wrist. Each dispenses a certain chemical. Tamper with it too much and it releases the chemical. Once the chemicals combine they burn, and slowly kill you. It also prevents you from teleporting and using chaos blast. Take him away." A bot ties a bandanna around your eyes and begins to take you away. He carries you into a room, drops you, walks out, and shuts the door. You hear one last thing the bot says, "Have fun." You regain motor control. |

Force stopped spindashing after a while, partially because he was getting dizzy, and partially because the rushing air around him prevented him from hearing what the Hydra-Bot was saying. He got to his feet just in time to hear the Hydra-Bot announce the beginning of its attack. As a result, Force did the only thing he could think of: he lunged at one of the Hydra-Bot's necks. Even one touch from an electrical device that immense would give him enough power to take it down. |

Aaron looked around the place. Now would be a good time to use the Champ cam. "ok buddy, show time," Aaron said, reaching into his backpack, pulling out a small camera. He then attached it to champ. Then he hid in a small aclove, on the other side of the conveyor belt, and took out a small TV monitor. He turned it on, and a view point of where Champ was standing came on. "ok buddy. scout ahead a couple of rooms from here, and return here when I tell you to," Aaron told him via a head set. As Aaron hid, he was a tad bit worried. He had noticed someone coming down the hall on the rightmost wall. He hoped that person/robot didn't notice him in this room. (ok theodore, you describe the rooms that Champ enters.) @742: You dash down the hall as various projectiles launch at you. The red head is firing missiles, albeit slowly, the blue head is firing large rounds at a rate of about 1 per second, and the yellow head is firing smaller rounds very rapidly. You jump up at the heads and make contact with the yellow. You feel the electrical energy flow into you, but only the yellow head deactivates. Along with the electrical energy, you feel a trace amount of some other energy from inside the bot. The other heads stop for an instant before resuming fire. A voice emanates from the central body, "Yellow deactivated. Energy signature acquired. Force is responsible. Activating insulation." The heads stop firing again, and you hear a clinking from inside. @Aaron: (He's flying, right? I'm kind of just going to assume he is.) Champ flew forward and hesitated for a moment at the two paths. There was the hall to the right and the open door into the dining area. He looks down the hall and you don't see any figure, which is strange since the hall is very long, and, at the rate of movement you saw it, there was no way it could have made it to the end yet. Champ decides to go out into the dining hall. Upon entry Champ sees (Anything Champ sees, you see.) a large dimly lit room. There are at least 60 tables, all set up, as if the place never had closed. Along the far wall there is a bar. Behind the bar is a bot, about as tall as a human and more stout. It is painted to look like it is wearing a tuxedo. The bot doesn't notice Champ, as it is busy polishing a glass. There is a large double door on the right wall, but it is closed. It's obvious Champ want's to go out that door , as he keeps moving towards it, but then backs up to avoid detection. Eventually he gives up and comes back in. He is about to go dawn the hallway, but stops and looks at you for approval. @Segalove: The bots looks at you, and one says, "Another intruder? Fine, We'll kill you too." Froggy hops up onto your shoulder as the bots raise their swords and charge forward. @BlackHog: Eggman's voice emanates from your bracelet, "Well, talk. I sure hope I like it. I'm sure you do too." Circular parts of the roof slide out and spikes move to fill their place. You hear a crash behind you, and you instinctively turn around. A door sized panel has fallen out of the wall. Eggman comes back on, "What? I didn't press that button. I'm sure I didn't press that button. Did I press that button?" A robot's voice comes on, "Yes you did, sir." "Damn, I was saving that for later." @Shiro: (I don't mean to seem rude but, is there any reason for you not posting?) |

One head down, two to go, Force thought to himself. And I've got plenty of electrical energy to use as well. I wonder what that other energy I felt was... Well, there's no time to worry about that now. Force used the electrical energy he had abosrbed to increase his own power, just as he did with the four robots. The markings on his quills once again turned a brilliant red. Force noticed there was a clinking noise coming from inside the robot, though he would focus on that when it actually affected something. That was his way, not worrying about things unless and until they became major threats. For now, he would focus on dodging the fire from the Hydra-bot. If it mounted a bigger attack than this, he would fry it with a thousand watts of electricity... well, at least he would try. It was possible the Hydra-bot was too big to be shut down completely by his current power.

Shadow stood up. "Alright. This is my plan. I'm willing to work for you. Preventing that Sonic gets released, picking up a few chaos emeralds, that stuff. I am loyal. I will not betray you. The only catch is, it has to get me at least the money I would get for rescueing Sonic. Deal?" |

"Good boy champ. You can return now," Aaron said. He then began to go down the first room Champ was in. He picked him up, and set him on his shoulder, then began to sneak into the dining area, looking for the figure he saw earlier. |

@Segalove: The lead robot reaches you and swings. The other two run around you to flank. You hear a feminine giggle from the other hallway. @742: "Large energy field detected. Initiating maximum force. The chest of the Hydra-bot opens and a missile launcher (Kind of like this.) slides out. "Firing." A missile comes out and the thrusters fire. @BlackHog: There is a silence then Eggman speaks, "Alright, but so much as one wrong move and I may decide to kill you. Careful, there is one other person in The Casino that's working for me. Don't attack her unless she attacks you. Other than that, there is some form of robot-like hedgehog, and a human. Neither should be here. Then in The Circus, Big the cat is in there. Just go out and be on guard. You have some access now." @Aaron: You sneak in and hide behind a table. The bot seems to have heard something and comes out from behind the bar. He walks over to the main door, opens it and looks around. He closes the door and begins heading towards the kitchen, near where you are hiding. |
