 As the others all talked amongst themselves Nolan kept to himself. He listened carefully to each conversation, the fact that he had gotten himself into a mess far greater than he had intended to becoming more and more apparent. He didn't know what he was doing here with these people, they all seemed to capable warriors in their own right, but he was just a roaming traveller. He didn't want to get involved in some great battle; he was just there to grab some supplies and see the sights.

With a bit of a sigh he looked down to his feet, the 'X' straps on the front of the light brown shin-high boots still frimly clipped in place. Spotting a bit of dust on his dark grey pants he brushed it off with his hands, checking the spots covered by his dark blue coat which went down to about his knees and doing the same. A quick scan reveals that all of the buckles along each side of the coat are still intact while a couple near his waist are done up, the dark crimson shirt underneath peeking through the exposed chest area. Holding up each hand he adjusted his armguards slightly, insuring the black mesh under each one sat comfortably, each resembling fingerless gloves to an extent. By the looks of things all his stuff was in tact, much to Nolan's relief.

It was at this point he heard his name mention, causing him to look towards Fenris who appeared to be introducing a girl who had appeared while he wasn't looking to them. If he was listening correctly this girl was Sophie, Fenris' younger sister who recently graduated from a Veonic Academy.

"Hi there." Nolan replied with a slight smile and a wave as his eyes met hers for a moment. If she was paying attention she would notice that the left eye was a calm hazel while the right was blazing orange. This seemed to match his hair which had several orange streaks through what was otherwise dominately brown hair. Growing down to his shoulders it appears slightly messy, yet is somehow neat at the same time. You'd think he kept it that way on purpose.

It was at this point that Zife began to speak with Fenris about why he was so eager to get Stella, removing the mask he had been wearing until then. The marks on his face and chest piqued Nolan's interest, but he had to focus on the matter at hand. Supposedly it was to avenge the death of a cousin of his that was caused by Stella's hands. However, Fenris was unmoved, his main goal recovering his girlfriend Judith. After hearing this Zife placed his mask back on, leaving a few final words with Fenris before vanishing. Nolan found himself sighing once more as he lowered his head.

"An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind..." he quietly muttered to himself before looking towards the other members in the group. Fenris seemed to have a plan up his sleeve, although this Taylor fellow also had something in mind. He had no way of reading either of their minds, so he had to wait until one of them spoke up about their plans.


[Since there wasn't much going on Nolan wise, I used this as the introducing his appearance post, since I forgot to do so in my opening post. xP]

 "Damn. Tough crowd. Idea's a textbook kidnapping. Anyone who doesn't want prison will have to get knocked out straightaway, though, and meet back up with me... Crap, no, that doesn't work, I'm not familiar with the surrounding area. So I sure as hell can't pick out a meetup place... Damn, damn, damn," Taylor said, ultimately thumping the back of his head against a wall. "Any other suggestions for getting out of town, or does someone else want to fill in the gaping hole in my 'plan'?
Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk.

 "... So that was your friend?" Sophie asked, calming down. Madelyn was curious what Sophie would have done if it wasn't for Fenris calming her down, noticing her eye color change from earlier.

"I don't know but I'm not letting myself get ordered around by him," Fenris replied.

"Good riddance," Madelyn added. "He starting to annoy the crap out of me."

Even Luneth seems to be happy that Zife's finally gone. He trusts Fenris, and doesn't want Zife to be in charge of everything. He sighs as he noticed Taylor has a plan as well.

Great, Luneth thought.

"First, Taylor, tell us what your plan is," Fenris said. "We'll probably have to stay in town for a while though."

 "Sorry. I was under the impression we wanted to get moving quite soon. And quite honestly, it's not all that well thought out. We pick a meeting place well outside of town, I knock everyone out who won't be going with me (so that you can blame me if anyone with authority asks), I bolt with whoever's still conscious (which would probably be Madelyn) and we all catch up at the place we agree on and go from there. In retrospect, a crappy plan," Taylor said glibly. "I'm not much of a thinker, more a doer; definitely open to a better idea here."

 (Introducing new character in 3... 2... 1...)

"Ziiiiiife!!!" A female's voice blared out. The owner of the voice was drawing closer to them as she shouted again.

"Zife! Come ba-Ugh!" Suddenly she tripped and fell, sliding on the ground in a odd and almost comical way, leaving her butt sticking up n the air while her face was planted on the ground.

"Ahhhhh..." She moaned as she closed her eyes tightly. At this point she didn't care about her skirt not covering most of her bottom, she just fell on her face, the last thing she was thinking of was what color underwear she was wearing.

"Ow..." She comments to herself as she pushed herself off the ground and sat on the ground while rubbing her face. Once she soothed her face a bit she only saw the trail of smoke Zife left, meaning she just miss the guy.

"Darn... I'm too late..." She tells herself as she slowly gets on her feet. She starts to dust herself off, then tries to fix her very spiky hair. Once that was done she cleared her throat and starts walking towards the group that Zife just left.

"Um, excuse me... Oh, uh, my name is Shena, I'm one of the high ranking officers of Xellia-Lanvolvear, also known as Lieutenant Cobalt." She informs them as she took out a little badge that would prove she was who she said she was(assuming they had badge?)

"Um, I was looking for my cousin, Zife Mansin. He was just here a few moments ago. Do you know where he went?" She asked as she looked at each of them, not really sure who to ask directly.

"Oh! Fenris? Is that really you? I heard so much about you at the academy." She adds, noticing Fenris was present.

"Its nice to meet you too, Luneth." She adds, bowing to them as to greet of them of. She has only heard about Fenris and how good he was, and she'd only seen Luneth from a far a few times. However, she didn't know that Sophie was Fenris's sister. She knew Sophie was in the academy as Shena would stop by every now and then to watch her little sister, but she really never got to know Sophie though. Which she was wondering why a newly graduate would be here as well. Not to mention the other two didn't seem to ring any bells in her head.

 "That's a terrible plan," Madelyn immediately said. "First off, the soldiers here aren't just simple to get rid of. They only got killed so easily during the recent attack because many of them didn't know how to respond to the darkness veons. And second, what would we do afterwards? I thought you meant you knew how to find Judith."

"She's right," Fenris continued. "A plan like that is easier said then done. We'll all sneak out together and-"

But before Fenris could finish, Shena appeared out of nowhere and made her rather clumsy introduction.

"..." Luneth sighed. As soon as Zife disappeared, another person showed up looking for him. He's not sure what to think now, but he is starting to get tired of people coming out of nowhere. Larragon, Sophie, and now this woman, not to mention he was already in annoyed mood before Zife left. "Hi..."

"No. He just bolted out of here a minute ago," Madelyn replied, immediately annoyed when she revealed she was related to Zife. "We want nothing to do with him."

"Madelyn," Fenris said immediately after her last statement, although he didn't deny it.

"Do you know her, Fenris?" Sophie said, yawning a second later.

"No, but what she said is true," Fenris answered, noticing the badge. "But... yeah... nice to meet you, I guess? I think I heard that name before. Anyway, that guy just bolted out of here. Who knows where he is now."

"Anyway, can we focus on the issue back on-"

"We're back," Flynn shouted, who arrived back on the scene back with Duke. "And these damages are going to cost a lot..."

Flynn noticed all of them talking to each other, as well as Shena, recognizing her. "Oh hi, Shena. How long have you been here?"

Duke meanwhile went to Luneth. "Luneth, I'll be taking off now via the port. You're free to stay here if you want to but you must return within a week please, since I know it been a while since you saw your friend here. But anyway, farewell. I'll be back at Lowellia."

"Bye," said Luneth, waving goodbye real quick before Duke said goodbye to everybody else then leaving. Flynn noticed Sophie beside Fenris.

"Fenris, isn't that-"

"Yes, she's my sister, Sophie. She heard about the attacks not long after her graduation so she rushed over here and joined up with all of us," he replied, with Sophie giving Flynn a nice smile.

"Yeah, I thought she was your sister. I remember hearing great things about her from some of my friends teaching at the academy," Flynn replied. "My name is Flynn Lawliet the sixth. Although I bet you knew that. Are you planning to soon join Xellia-Lanvolvear's army?"

"Correct," Sophie answered. "I'm planning to be a veonic caster just like my brother."

"Ah, that means I'm supposed to meet you and the rest of the recruits in two weeks during the Army Recruit Assembly then, although it looks like it will be slightly delayed thanks to all these damages," Flynn sighed. "Oh well. I look forward to seeing you there again then, whenever it is. Your teachers has informed me of your skills by the way. I heard you managed to master four elements. You definitely have the potential to be an elite knight like your brother."

This immediately grabbed Luneth's attention. "FOUR elements?"

"Yep," Sophie said. "And I am honored. Thank you for your words."

"Fenris, did I just hear correctly? Four elements?" Madelyn asked, whispering into his ear.

"Yes. Five if you include healing," Fenris replied. "Like I said, Sophie is actually stronger then me."

That's insane, Madelyn thought. She looked at Sophie. She must be the first person since Stella to have mastered more then the three elements of veons.

"Anyway, you all can rest up here tonight at the castle as I'm sure those battles have been exhausting," Flynn said, as the sun slowly started to set. "Shena, you're free to join us if you wish. As for everybody else, I have rewards for you back at the castle."

"No," Madelyn quietly muttered, annoyed. Zife's attitude has already annoyed her and Luneth, even Fenris, and Madelyn is now annoyed that his cousin could possibly be joining them. If Shena decides to join them, it seems like she will have to earn their trust first.

Fenris meanwhile decided he might as well return to the castle for now. He is indeed quite tired from all that happened today, and he could use some rest, as his veons still aren't fully recovered.

"The castle?" Sophie reacted, excited about the idea. "Ah! That must be amazing!"

"Are we really going to rest tonight?" Madelyn asked, once again whispering to Fenris, as Flynn started walking back to the tower with Fenris, Madelyn, Luneth, Sophie, and hopefully everybody else following.

"Yes, I'm tired. You must be too." Which is true. Everybody must be tired from the battles today. It will be nice to finally rest. Luneth decided he'll tag along, but he's not sure if he wants to help Fenris sneak off and try to rescue Judith. He will not go against Duke and will return if it will take long, even though Fenris is his friend. Fenris then turned around to Nolan, as he started off as just a normal civilian before suddenly getting involved.

"Hi, sorry for getting you involved in all of this, um, Nolan," Fenris said, hesitating for a second as he forgot what his name was. "Were you already busy with something or going somewhere before all this happened? I apologize if you were. But thanks for helping us out."

 "Oh, I see..." Shena replied, her fist tightened as if she was angry with Zife. He was still running off and putting himself in danger, and maybe even more people. As well, he wasn't making a good name for himself as usual. She wanted to stop him, even if that meant fighting him and taking him down. However, she wasn't going to tell them what his plan was, or rather the plans of this hidden clan. She was only worried about Zife.

"Its nice to meet all of you too." Shena replied when Fenris confirmed who she was.

"Hello, Flynn. I just arrived. I-" Shena was cut off as she heard the other conversation. This only lead to Flynn talking to Fenris and his sister. Soon, Shena was overhearing that this little girl learned four elements, which made five because of her healing veons. Shena was a bit surprised, however, learning more then three elements doesn't mean she is stronger, at least that is Shena's mindset. This girl might know five, but that doesn't mean she knows how to fully use all of them at the same level. Maybe one of her elements is stronger then the others. Either way, it didn't surprise Shena too much, in fact not at all. She just smiled as she knew the amount of work this little girl most of put in.

"Sure, I'll join you guys. I wouldn't be a ranking officer if I just sat back and did nothing, right?" She replied to Flynn as she smiles. She would follow the group to the castle, hoping to get a nice, big, fancy room to herself. However, she kept her focus on Fenris as he seemed to want to do something or go somewhere. She wasn't sure what he was planning to do, but she'd be more then willing to help them.

 "Ah, so a kidnapping huh? Yeah, I can't say I'm feeling that either." Nolan thought to himself as the others discussed Taylor's plan, the conclusion that it was stupid being the end result. Before much else could happen a girl with a rather interesting hairstyle came running in their direction, calling out for Zife. As she tripped and took a bit of a fall Nolan couldn't help but find himself chuckling slightly. She introduced herself as Shena, an officer in the Xellia-Lanvolvear army and supposedly Zife's cousin. Her demanor didn't seem to indicate that she was really all that important, dispite what she had introduced herself as. You know what they say about first impressions.

Before Nolan could even consider introducing himself the two men from before had returned. He still wasn't quite sure who they were though. They must have been some of the higher ups in the army considering that they were giving Fenris and Luneth orders. It didn't take too long for him to find out though as the man that had stayed behind introduced himself as Flynn Lawliet VI, otherwise known as the king of Xella-Lanvolvear.

"OH. I knew he looked familiar, so that must make the other guy Duke Percival... and wait, Sophie Alastaire? That would make him Fenris Alastaire... as in that Fenris Alastaire? Well that explains why I found the name so farmilar," As Nolan slowly began to connect the dots in his head, he overheard that Sophie had mastered a total of four elements, a small smirk forming on his face. "Heh, reminds me of what my teacher used to say back when I was in the Veonic Academy. Hm, I wonder what would have happened if I applied myself a little more?"

Nolan was soon snapped from his thoughts as Flynn had invited the group to stay at the castle overnight. Looking up at the sky as it slowly began to turn a beautiful shade of orange he figured that sounded nicer than the Inn he would no doubt have been staying in that night, assuming that it was still there after all the stuff that had happened. Slowly following behind the group, he was soon talked to by Fenris who was apologizing for dragging him into this mess.

"Ah, don't worry about it. It was my own fault for stepping in. A bit of a bad habit really," he replied with a bit of a laugh as he rubbed the back of his head. "It's not like I was doing much anyway. Just grabbing some supplies for the road. You can only last on berries for so long, right? Besides, I get to stay in a castle tonight so it's not all bad I guess. And how many people get to talk to the Fenris Alastaire?" he said with a slight grin as he placed his hands in his pant pockets, not letting on to the fact that he had only just figured this out seconds ago.

"Sounds like excellence runs in the Alastaire family though. Your sister must be pretty determined if she learned four elements." he added, wondering what four elements she had chosen to master.

 "Haha," Fenris replied. It's nice having somebody with a cheery personality to brighten their small group up aside from Sophie.

"She just has a talent for it," Fenris replied, who doesn't seem to let the fact that Sophie might be more powerful then him bother him. He remembered during Sophie's time in the academy, she was being described of the closest person power-wise to Stella, even though there's probably still a massive gap between them, and she even aced all of the advanced schoolwork she took, something Fenris never did when he was in the academy. She has mastered water, wind, electricity, and light veons, and she managed to be born with healing veons, something Fenris didn't have as well.

Eventually, after taking an elevator and arriving back at the garden, Madelyn looked at the city before her. Some houses reduced to ashes, some completely frozen, while a lot of buildings and houses are reduced to rubble. It's a terrible sight, especially since Grand Faltria is the capital. She wondered what happened to all the civilians. They evacuated but surely, their homes must be damaged or destroyed. Plus, she bets some didn't even escape....

Flynn then led the group on, and after taking a flight of stairs, led them to a rather fancy hallway, with black carpeting and walls decorated with gold. They are several doors, about four on each side.

"The doors you see are your rooms. They should be pretty nice, and I think there should be enough for each of you," Flynn informed.

"Anyway, you're free to go and do anything you wish within the tower for now. I highly suggest it, as some of you never been in this castle or even this tower. There's restaurants, lounges, and a bunch of stuff. You can ask my knights if you have any questions. Oh and I told the staff that anything you wish at any of the restaurants is free so go and have a feast if you wish." Flynn then started walking away. "I'll be doing some work of my own, so take care. And don't stay up too late."

With that, Flynn walked off, and left them to do whatever until nightfall. Luneth's stomach could be heard growling.

"Yeah, well, I'm going to get something to eat. Anybody is free to follow and join," he said, slightly embarrassed, before leaving them as well.

"I'll join you in a bit," Fenris shouted out to him while Sophie left to follow Luneth. However, Madelyn decided to leave without saying a word, in which Fenris turned and followed, leaving everybody else there.

As the sun slowly started to set, Fenris followed Madelyn into the garden back outside, not really trying to hide his presence. Madelyn simply grew angry, and seemed annoyed for some reason.

"Just... why do you take your job so seriously?" Madelyn asked, turning around to him. Fenris didn't say anything.

"Why are you so fine with watching over me?!? We only met each other today!" Madelyn shouted, growing angrier and more annoyed how Fenris treated his job seriously. "Don't you have a life? Don't you have anything better to do then to guard a freak like me?!?"

"You're not a freak," Fenris simply told her, walking closer to her.

"Answer the question! Your family, your friends, you may have to watch and follow me all over the world! You may never see your father or mother again! And you even have a girlfriend! That Judith person! How do you think she would feel about this? Who knows how long this business would last with Stella?"

"Because I care about you," Fenris replied, smiling while Madelyn just seems upset. "Judith would understand, and I can easily keep in touch with my parents and family."

"Well, that must be nice for you," Madelyn muttered, turning around to see the city as Fenris walked beside her.

Fenris looked at her. Something must have happened to her family, as she started rubbing her eyes, must not wanting to show Fenris her tears. He probably shouldn't ask this. "What happened to your family?"

Madelyn looked at Fenris, with watery eyes.

"My mom died after giving birth to me," she said, teared up a bit. "And my cowardly dad committed suicide. So I lived in a orphanage my entire life until I discovered I was eligible to be veonic caster which caused me to move into the dorms at the veonic academy."

Fenris wasn't sure what to say. What a tragic story but he could not believe Madelyn's father committed suicide. Her mother died to give birth to Madelyn, and what his father should have done is raise Madelyn in honor of her, but instead he kills himself. It's hard to believe that her father did that.

"I'm sorry to hear that," Fenris said, a bit shaken from the story.

"No, it's alright," Madelyn told him. After a short but awkward silence, Fenris decided to ask her something.

"What are you planning to do by the way? When all this is over?" he asked. Madelyn stared at Fenris, a bit calmed down. She is just constantly bothered by how much Fenris is concerned about her.

"Well, I guess I'm going to help you rescue your girlfriend, right?" she answered.

"Oh, you're going to help?" Fenris asked.

"You already saved me twice, so I'm going to return the favor."

"What about afterwards?" A long pause occurred, as Madelyn tried to think what to say.

"I don't know," Madelyn answered, which is true. If Stella's Raid didn't happen and she would have graduated days later, she would have had no clue what to do. She has no family to go back to...

"Not a clue?" Fenris asked, in which she only nodded. Fenris thought for a second before continuing.

"Well, when all this is over, you could live in my family's house back at-"

"Just stop!" Madelyn shouted, angry again. "Why are you so concerned about me?!? You're asking me to move in with you? You have a girlfriend! Just why do you care about me so much?!?"

"Because you're my friend and Stella is trying to capture you," Fenris answered, being calm to all of Madelyn's outbursts.

"We only met today!" she reminded yet again.

"It doesn't matter," Fenris said. "You obviously went through a lot since you were born and Stella made things worst. You don't deserve this. I will cure you of your darkness veons and defeat Stella so you can have a normal life."

Madelyn looked down at the ground, with her fists clenched in anger, as night soon began to fall.

"Just... why?" Madelyn asked, but slightly surprising Fenris, she then went out to give Fenris a hug, in which he smiled.

"Aww... how sweet," said a voice that Fenris or Madelyn did not recognize, with clapping soon after. Both Fenris and Madelyn turned, surprised and noticed a man with dark silver hair that looks rather messy, although it's all spiked forward where it covers his forehead and almost his eyes, and two long strands of hair are tied together at the sides of his head, in front of his ears. He's also wearing the same black robe that Stella's minions wore. His grey eyes are staring right at them, and he seems to be amused.

"Bastard," Madelyn muttered. He must have at least watched them. Fenris noticed his skin is pale, and that he's a darkness veonic caster.

"Sorry to ruin your lovers quarrel but you both are coming with me."

 Taylor had gone to one of the restaurants with Luneth, and had been eating when he got the feeling that something was terribly wrong. Quietly, but still audible to those at the same table, he said one of those words that shouldn't be uttered in polite company. The half-masked hunter slid from his chair and under the table, before bolting out into the corridors. As he ran, he muttered: "Not good, not good, not good. White-Light will have me murdered if I screw up on their account, I'm sure of it."
Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk.

 Shena was smiling the whole time, liking this fancy place. She looked around, several times to make sure she took in all that she can see. Once they arrived in the hallway where there rooms were, everyone seemed to leave without saying a word. Shena was still admiring even the hallway that when she turned around, almost everyone seemed to have left her. She was a bit bothered by this, only because she had a feeling that Fenris and that other girl didn't like her, all because she was partly related to Zife.

So, she shrugged it off and went inside her room. Her smile grew as she looked around her nice, fancy, big room. She loved every inch of it. That was until she looked at the window. Her smile quickly changed to a frown as her eyes narrowed.

"I wasn't expecting you to come looking for me." Zife spoke, leaning against the window with his arms crossed. Shena only tightened her fist in anger as she stared at him.

"What do you want?" Shena asked with a taste of hate in her mouth. Zife walked towards her as he looked around, then focused on her once he walked passed her and turned around to face her.

"I'm here to warn you that someone else is in this place that shouldn't be here." Zife informed her as he looked around once more.

"Your new friends are the target, I'm sure of it."

"Then why don't you go help them, why tell me if you already know this?" Shena asked, not believing Zife at all as he just seems to mysterious that she can't read him right. What was his plan in telling her this?

"You don't want to help them? Perhaps they don't see you as a friend."

"Just shut it, Zife! I'm warning you to leave, and don't think I wont make you." She replied as she clenched her fists. Zife only stared at her, letting a moment of silence fall as the two stared each other down.

"I will see you around then..." Zife tells her as he started to walk towards her since the window he came through was behind her.

"However..." He adds, stopping a few feet behind her as he faced the window.

"If you plan on helping your friends... Consider you my enemy." Shena suddenly spun around and lashed out a beam of light straight for Zife's back. Zife expected she'd attack out of anger and suddenly vanished in a bolt of lighting. Apparently he already performed his hand motions before he spoke his final words that angered her. Of course, since Zife moved Shena's attack shattered the window while taking a small chuck of the wall as well. She breathed heavily as her anger was still present, wishing she had hurled her cousin out the window. She stopped her feet in anger as she was now mad that he caused her to ruin the lovely room she was staying in.

Once she got over that her room was slightly damaged, she raced out her room and headed for the place she thought they'd be, which was somewhere to eat. Once she got there she slides to a halt, causing a slight scene as she almost collided into several people. She then spotted spotted Taylor who had just raced off from the table. She nods her head, thinking that he might know where this trouble Zife mentioned is. So she used her wind veons to burst forward in flight, only a inches off the ground, in order to catch up to Taylor. Once she reached him she started running again as she joined Taylor's side.

"I'm assume you have that bad feeling in your stomach too? And I hope it isn't because of what you just ate." She tells Taylor as they continued to run.

"I'm Shena by the way, but you can call me Coco or Sol, whichever you want really." Shena noticed she was talking a bit much, which meant that she was eager to reach this trouble that was brewing. She just hoped that they wouldn't get there too late.

"I want to blindside this guy if I can, so let's keep it quiet from here... Any ideas how to really sneak up on a caster, though? Besides appearing out of thin air?" he whispered. He kicked off his shoes after like the fifth step, heading up the rest of the steps in stocking feet, silencing his footfalls.

Luneth and Sophie noticed Taylor leave the table all the sudden.

"I'll never understand him," Luneth reacted, while Sophie just chose to ignore it and continue eating.

"Who are you?" Fenris asked, keeping his hand on the hilt of his rapier, although that felt like a stupid question. His robe must mean he's with Stella. The stranger looked like he's around Fenris's age.

"My name is Emrys," he answered, as he put his fists together. "No need to introduce yourselves though. I already know your names."

Emrys suddenly charged forward at Fenris and Madelyn using the wind veons in the air perhaps. Madelyn ducked while Fenris swung his rapier at him. Emrys however stopped right in front of him with a steel silver axe in his right hand, blocking Fenris's attack.

"An axe?!?" Fenris reacted, not exactly expecting him to have an axe. He must have had it hidden in his robe.

"You have more to focus on," Emrys warned. "Electrocute my enemies! Electric Torment!"

Suddenly, bolts of electricity shot out of the ground somehow below Fenris, and he quickly dodged back, only to discover more bolts of electricity around him.

His skills must be more powerful then those girls I fought, Fenris thought, as he started spinning.

"Light Field!" Fenris shouted, as a transparent sphere of yellow light surrounded him and the lightning bolts bounced off, hitting the ground nearby. Fenris then made the barrier disappear and pointed his rapier at Emrys. "Shining Wolf Sword!"

"Veonic field of fire, lend me your strength and combine with my darkness veons!" Madelyn shouted. "Darkness Hellfire!"

Two attacks then came straight at Emrys. A blast of light shaped like a wolf's head was fired from Fenris's rapier, while Madelyn shot black flames out of the ground, charging towards Emrys.

"Ground Barrier!" he shouted in response. He punched the ground in front of him, and suddenly, walls made of rock appeared in front of him. The black flames engulfed it quickly and soon disappeared along with part of the wall, while the attack Fenris launched shattered the rest of the wall, creating rock fragments into the sky.

"Ground Rocket!" Emrys then shouted, as the fragments of stone were then shot at both Fenris and Madelyn at incredible speeds. Madelyn made a wall of darkness veons to make them disappear while Fenris, using incredible reflexes, dodged them all.

"Where are the guards?!?" Madelyn asked, hoping for an answer. How did Emrys get here so easily? And how come guards haven't noticed their battle at all?

Emrys however charged at Madelyn, surprising her, as Fenris once blocked the attack with his rapier, and he countered with his axe again.

"Why are you guys after her?" Fenris asked.

"I have no reason to answer that question," Emrys replied, like he's taunting them. "Wind veons, fuse with my electric. Thunder Tornado!"

Fenris then noticed a dark blue tornado around both of them, with yellow electrical bolts pulsing in several areas. Fenris feels himself getting painfully electrocuted by it, while it seems not to be hurting Emrys.

Dammit, Fenris thought, slightly hurt but still alright after the attack disappeared. Seeing they're so high up, it's not surprising there's veonic field of winds here.

"Harrowing Flare!" Madelyn quickly shouted, as butterfly wings of fire appeared on Madelyn's back. Madelyn then flew forward Emrys, with her hands on fire as well. Emrys jumped, but Madelyn only followed. Emrys then swung her axe at Madelyn, but she dodged while giving him a quick punch in the get, followed by a series of punches and kicks, while giving him several burns as well, seeing her fists and feet are on fire.

She's too fast, Emrys thought, trying to guard himself and quickly trying to find out a strategy. She's using the wind veons to increase her speed.

However, Madelyn then appeared above Emrys and he gasped, as she gave him one last kick, sending him crashing towards the ground, following up with a wave of fire at him. Smoke covered the scene where Emrys crashed to the ground as Madelyn landed beside Fenris, with the fire on her body now gone.

"Hmph," Madelyn reacted.

"Something doesn't seem right," said Fenris. "He hasn't used his darkness veons at all, but his skin is pale like yours so he has to have them."

"Correct," said Emrys, as the smoke cleared. He seems to be slightly hurt but he wasn't as injured as Madelyn thought he would.

"Release! Light veons!" Fenris shouted, as his light veons began releasing out of his body, causing him to glow yellow.

"Light veons! Fuse with my fire! Radiant Eruption!" Madelyn said immediately afterwards. Suddenly, a beam of light shot out below Emrys, with the beam being in the center of a geyser like bigger beam in shades of orange and red. A sphere of darkness veons however surrounded Emrys, similar to the barrier of light Fenris created earlier, and the attack simply went around his shield, soon disappearing after it ended.

These two are a good team when fusing their attacks together, Emrys thought. However, I guess it's time to capture them the hard way.

 "Light." Shena replied to Taylor.

"I can blind him for a moment or two, and then using my wind veons I can make your footsteps even more silent." She tells Taylor, then noticed that he took off his shoes and blinked a few times.

"Or, ya know, you can just attack him when I blind him, your choice." She states as she shrugged a bit, trying to keep herself from giggling at Taylor. He seemed to be an interesting character, someone she might take a liking too. However, they had a fight to interrupt at the moment.

"Let me know when you're ready." She asked as her eyes lightly glowed a gold color.

 Little did Taylor and Shena know that Emrys is the master of ground veons, and he can sense even the smallest vibrations on the ground. Even if he's blind somehow, he can use his ground veons to sense any vibrations where his opponents are, thus any attempt at blinding him won't do much good.

"Go away," he simply told them, not even staring at them. "I have no interest in either of you two. It's these two that I want."

Emrys has his hand facing in their direction, and suddenly, a giant black beam of darkness veons shot out, nearly the size of Emrys himself. To make things worst, since it's nighttime, any darkness veonic spell could be even harder to see.

Fenris and Madelyn didn't do anything, as they are not sure what is going on as well. But it seems like Emrys had at least some unwanted visitors, which seem to be two. Fenris wouldn't be surprised if it was two of his friends.

((Yeah, that might have been cheap as to how he found you guys so quickly, but come on. xD You have bullets, and I wasn't expecting you guys to discover him so quickly.))
