Neo's ears twitched as the whistle rang in his ears. He had been in deep thought trying to figure out what to do when it came. He turned his head to find a sky blue hedgehog gesturing towards he and Aaron. What does she want? he wondered. For a second, he considered ignoring her and exploring on his own. Then again, it helps to have help in situations like this. He walked over to the girl, curious as to why she called. "Need anything?" he asked in a casual manner. |

"Ugh, my head," Elias said as he opened his eyes. When he sat up to see what was going on, he saw that he was in a near barren area. Some terminals and rifts kept the place from being completely empty. Scratching his head a bit, the monkey stood up to get a better view and to look around. "Well, not the first time this has happened. But last time I was knocked out and taken somewhere, I awoke in a dark room tied to a chair with a bunch of thugs who wanted to gut me, so this one can't exactly be the worst," Elias said aloud to noone. Placing a hand upon his chin, Elias tried to think back to what had happened. He had recieved an invitation and some kind of device to take part in something that was advertised to be an amazing experience. He thought that there wouldn't be any harm in trying out whatever it was. He got the equipment ready and put on what was to be attached to his body. He put in the necessary information, made a username, and then suddenly, everything went black. That was what happened up until now. He started to take a step forward when he kicked something with his bare foot. Looking down, he saw one of his Sonic Yo-Yos laying on the ground, with a PDA right beside. Elias was quick to check inside his coat to see if he still had the rest of his yo-yos. All ten of the hidden pockets inside his coat were empty. With an annoyed sigh, he picked up the one yo-yo at his feet and place it in one of the pockets before taking the PDA in his hand. The screen read that there was an unread message. He tapped on the envelope icon to read the message: Welcome to Digital Dive, fool. You are now trapped within this virtual space with only two ways out. Finish the game before seven days have passed, or utter deletion, in this world and the real world. If you try to logout, your body, which is currently made of pure data, will be completely wiped out. Have fun exploring this new world if you can, idiot. PS: Have fun picking up your toys. "Tch. Whoever this guy thinks he is, he's asking for a beating when I see him," Elias said aloud. He turned his head a couple times, seeing a second of his yo-yos in the distance. He walked up to it and went to pick it up, noticing a band which had a countdown timer ticking away to zero. It looked like it was counting down from seven days, and from what Elias read, he was out for at least ten minutes. Letting out another sigh, Elias put a light smile on his face as he said, "Okay then, I'll play this game of yours, and I WILL have fun doing it. Nothing will get me down." With that, he snatched up the second yo-yo and put it away as he continued looking around the barren area for the rest. (Just a small FYI, a description for the Sonic Yo-Yos I currently have are that each have sky blue centers with darker blue rims.) Edited by Gallant Vision, Apr 27 2011, 02:42 PM.

Skye's PDA lit up again. "Great what now," she said aloud. The dropdown list for Zeus was flashing. She clicked it and then saw the newest addition. "Elias?" she thought. She looked up from the screen and glanced around. "HEY WHO'S ELIAS! I WANT TO GET THIS DAMN SHOW ON THE ROAD!" she yelled. She stood there waiting for her team to gather. A loud crackling sound came from all directions. There was then a large pop as a voice began to speak, "Hello, is this thing on?" It is? Okay," said a voice that then cleared it's throat, "Welcome to Digital Dive infidels. I am the Game Master and you are the pawns in a game of death. I hope the accomadations aren't to your liking. I made sure to give you all almost no chance. Although some of you seem to have had the invitations transferred. That's okay though. Either way you'll be out of my hair and then it's off to the next batch. For you see if you get erased here your existence becomes null. In fact no one even knows you are here now. So enjoy the games! MUAHAHAHAHA!" There was no sound now. Only silence. Skye gathered that the voice seemed childlike. She guessed maybe early teenager. "Well that sucks," she said breaking the silence. |

Rael perked her head up and listened as the childish voice broadcasted from nowhere. Her lavendar eyes grew more and more dull as she listened to every word. Finally, at the conclusion of the message, she looked way more than annoyed. Perhaps severely agitated. "So I guess someone feels like playing God tonight? Well that's certainly unacceptable," Rael murmured. Then she spoke up, addressing her apparent teammates, "It doesnt seem like we're going to get anymore clues at this point. So someone should take the initiative to take charge and if there are no objections-if there are, don't hesitate to speak up-I suppose I could take on that role." She said all of this while surveying her surroundings, not looking at any of the 3 guys at all. |

"Hi! I wondered if..." Rhea barely began her sentence while a loud cackling sound interrupted her. Then a voice from nowhere began to speak. When the Game Master was finaly silent. Rhea thought: This game is turning really worrying. Rhea turned to the Cat and politely asked: "Did you by any chance recieved the same weird message"? Alex clenched his fists and tried to remain in control of himself as the childlike voice spoke. He was infuriated by the idea that he might be killed by some kid. "I'm going to kill him," growled Alex, "When I get out of here the owner of that voice is going to die." It was at that moment that one of Alex's teammates spoke up. She seemed to want to take charge and get things moving. "You can go ahead and play leader if you want," replied Alex, "but I take orders from no one." Alex pulled out his revolver and, with a flick of his wrist, opened the chamber to check his ammo. It appeared that it was still fully loaded. With another quick flick Alex slammed it shut and stuck it back into it's holster. "I do agree though," said Alex to his teammates, "we should get started." |

Aaron also heard the voice. It, to him and all the other peeps, also sounded very obnoxious and childlike. Not to mention a hint of narcisism. "Um....HEY!!!!" Aaron shouted to the crowd, However, it didn't seem like anyone was listening (if this is g-modding, sorry, but there's no way around this). He pulled out his guitar, and cranked the volume to 10. He then strummed an E chord, sending a harmless shockwave towards the crowd. |

Carl got near Jojo and skype and only said one thing. "If I'm going to work with you because of this PDA, don't expect me to trust you. How can I be sure your not bots from the game?" Carl wasn't waiting an answer. For all he know each player could be in its own game with everyone else being bots. He would make whatever he needed to survive and wouldn't mind hurting someone to achieve that goal. After that a new name appeared on his PDA. "Elias" After the "game master" talked Carl noticed a young voice, maybe from a teenager, and said. "Great I'm trap inside a psychotic nerd game with a bear, a girl and someone named "Elias". I had a good life." |

Each one had a small sign above them. They read: Cloud, Shadow, Pre-Historic, Futuristic, Nature, Cavernous, Aqueous, and Volcanic. The colors of the rifts seemed to match the signs wording. |

He immediately dislike the voice, as it seemed to be a stuck-up child who had a lot of money.Now I definitely know somebody's pulling strings here, he thought, and it sounds like just another stuck-up rich kid. "I've got something to ask you too," he suddenly remembered. Are you-" He never finished his sentence. What sounded like a guitar blasted through the area, as if at a rock concert. Neo cringed at the sound, looking irritably at Aaron. Recomposing himself, the overconfident smile reappeared on his face. "As I was saying," he continued, "Are you-" Suddenly, the rifts seemed to shift in colors. Each one had a small sign above them. Carl reach for one of his gun. "Do it." After the rifts shift colors Carl notice that there was no urban zone with are his specialty. He look back at skye. "Are you going to kill me or are you going to put that away and we can choose our first zone?" |

"Just remember you don't mess with a ninja," she said as she walked past him heading towards the rift with "Shadow" above it. "You coming or not?" she stated as she stopped in front of the rift looking at the rest of the team. "I'd rather like to get this over with." That was easy, he thought, waiting for Aaron. He returned his attention back to Rhea. "Now that that's over, could you tell me who you are?" he asked. |

(Oh, right, I forgot to mention his screenname, Nomad Nonchalant, in my intro post.) Elias heard someone yell out his name, looking in the direction of the noise to see a small group of two humans and a bear. He was about to walk toward them when he heard a voice begin to speak. Whoever it was, the voice stated that they were the game master here in Digital Dive, and that 'they' were pawns, which called the others in the area to Elias' attention. The voice went on further to imply that they made the challenges in the so-called game near impossible, and that they'd be out of their hair, the voice mentioning another 'batch'. The voice soon cut off with an evil laugh after saying that noone else knew that those in Elias' position were there in the game. "Whoever this kid is, he sure sounds full of himself. But still, it'd be wise to be careful in here. No telling what he has planned for us. Besides, a 'next batch' likely means another group who may have to go through this 'game'," Elias thought aloud. "I'll worry about that later. Right now, I should try and work together with whoever else is in the same predicament." Elias looked back toward the group he was gonna step toward, who were now over by one of the rifts, which now read 'Shadow'. He took a jogging start as he approached the group of three, calling out, "Hey, did one of you call my name?" |
