Remember the Chrono Trigger remake? They then made it for the DS. Maybe they plan on making a SoR remake themselves. Which means we can expect it in about... 4 years. Good job, SEGA! Also, SEGA's PR wouldn't dare pull the plug on any Sonic Retro stuff. They're trying to be closer to their fans. Moreso, they make tons of profit due to Sonic Retro. They spread awareness of their own events, with SEGA's mixed in. Whether they know it or not, they promoted Sonic 4: Episode 1 just by being critical of it. If people are watching to see when S2HD is released, they'll also be watching official Sonic events, too. |
