Good vibes.
 The basics of this are simple:

You recieve something based upon what the previous poster puts in. Example:

Person 1:

You got: Generic Item

*Inserts Coin*

Person 2:

You Got: Counterfeit money

*Inserts bomb*

...and so on. I'm sure you get the point.
