![]() Anyone ever played some Assassin's Creed? There are three games currently in the main series, and they are all just awesome in my honest opinion. I've been hooked onto this series ever since my friend had me play it at his house. It seriously is one of the funnest games I've ever had the pleasure of playing. The premise is simple, yet totally awesome. It's about a war raging between two groups hidden from society. Templars and Assassins. They've been at war with each other for about as long as one can remember, dating back all the way to the Crusades times, maybe even more far back too. There is this device the Templars had created called the Animus, which allows anyone who uses it to access the memories of their ancestors, finding great amounts of information from times as far as the eye can see. The templars want to use this to get information that'll help them take control of the world. And it's the Assassins' job to stop them. There's more to it then that, but I won't spoil anymore as I've had the pleasure of trying to figure out the whole thing myself, which was a great experience. Gameplay is actually what I would call, the Legend of Zelda on steroids. Lots of swordplay action in this game, lots of bloody battles, lots of stealth like gameplay, and lots of exploration overall. It's hard to explain, so here's a nice lil video to show you. |
