Sonic Adventure DX's Windows version is featured in a $29.99 pack on Steam, and can be purchased for $8.99 separately It is joined by Crazy Taxi, Space Channel 5 Part Two and SEGA Bass Fishing. I only wish that there was a PC port of Sonic Adventure 2 to go with it.

MY DAY IS COMPLETE. [/instabuy]

I recall seeing this in my shop a few days ago and I thought of you. I didn't know they brought it out on the PC though, that's rather awesome. Hahaha you are going to be going crazy with that Sonic game aren't you?

Well, I've already got a hard copy of SADX on my PC, but this is good news indeed. :0

I wouldn't mind Crazy Taxi or possibly Space Channel 5 Part 2 though. Might chuck those on the 'to buy' list.

But Sonic Adventure 2 would have to be ported to the PC first.

Looks like these are newer ports too with 360 gamepad support.

... the mention of 360 gamepad support reminded me of the fact that my brother actually has Crazy Taxi on the 360. So at the moment the only game I'm really looking at is Space Channel 5 I guess. xP

They better support PS3 controllers too. |:C

But yeah, I dunno if I'm ever gonna really get Steam, but if I do I'm totally gonna play Crazy Taxi all the time.

Sometimes, the best part of going to movies for me is playing CT real quick while my mom or dad is getting our food. |D

Utterly disappointed now that I've found that there's a lot of configuration issues. The panel that allows you to make changes to things such as resolution, color depth, key assignments, et. al does not work. Manual configuration of its INItialization file (INI) does not work either.

Really? Well that sucks. Kind of reminds me of the issues I had with Poker Night at the Inventory. I saw my resolution there, but whenever I went to select it the thing vanished. *shrugs*

Annoying as heck, I tells ya.

Apparently the issue with the config system can be fixed by making a Sega folder in your My Documents folder, then making another folder matching the name of the game having the issues (SONIC ADVENTURE DX, CRAZY TAXI, etc), and copying the config.ini files from the games' program folders. Use the configuration program or tweak them directly from the new folder, and the games will run on the configuration you've made. Very lame in any case.

That's a lot of hassle though just to get some configurations to your liking. Silly Sega dropped the ball a little there, didn't they?

The nice thing is it is possible and the nicer thing is that if I want to play it I can use my 360 controller for it. Happy times indeed. Do you think it'd be too complicated for them to port SA2 to the PC Cy? Or just stating that it would need to be ported over first.

No doubt this would make people want to make mods or hacked version and class it as "Unofficial SA3" sorry Blue I know you hate that but I am not meaning it in a "OMG RELEASE" I am just saying no doubt that'd happen at some point... actually surprised it hasn't happened.

It's more along the lines of "Is SEGA even going to provide the budget to port SA2 now and are they going to screw it up like they did the first batch?"
