On most skins you'll notice a new link to "Joinable Groups" next to the main forum links at the top. A new group has been created called, "SB Contest Elect" which requires admin approval to join. However, if you are approved you have access to make topics in the Contest section of the forum and have a shot at your own contests!

People who create their own contests may still compete in their contest. I like this better than having only one or two people put in charge of the whole operation.
