Strange, isn't it? Posts: 249 Group: C Rank Guardian Member #11,677 Joined: December 21, 2010	Hello, denizens of Sonic Blast Forum. This is my new, recently-created art topic. I'll be posting all of my artwork and SRB2 WADs here. I hope you enjoy this collection. (Please note that all WADs are server-only. And yes, many of them are recolors of one another, but they're my first, and I don't know how to edit images in SLADE that well.) First Entry: WAD--Kilo the Hedgehog Download Type: Flight Color: Yellow Element: Energy Abilities: Flight: Characters with this trait can use the Hover-Spin attack vertically, thus enabling them to fly. They are also extraordinarily maneuverable, and are best for the hardest levels, where they will soar up and over most obstacles. Kilo is unique among WADs because he has almost unheard-of speed, handing, and aceleration. He combines the ability to outrace Sonic with the skill to outmaneuver Tails in a way that's sure to get you through almost any level easily. Also, when controlled properly, Kilo is agile enough to do some major damage to difficult bosses rather quickly. Kilo's special attack is the ability to swim. While underwater, Kilo can move about in a similar fashion to Tails while he's flying. For those of you who don't think his speed and handling is enough to make Kilo worth downloading, I have three variations of him down below, each with their own unique special abilities. Variations These modifications to Kilo's coding all share his excellent acceleration and maneuvering, but each of them can do some things that Kilo can't. These changes all include the addition of a Hover-Spin attack, which allows Kilo to spindash in mid-air. The Hover-Spin takes three different forms, one in each modification. Variation 1: kilo1.wad In this form, while hover-spinning, Kilo can move vertically. When in hover-spin mode, pressing Z over and over will cause him to ascend, allowing you to simply fly up and over many obstacles. Also, pressing X will cause Kilo to dive quickly down from the air, killing anything he lands on, unless you time it wrong, which will Kilo to lose all of his rings. This is also Kilo's "official" WAD form. Variation 2: kilo2.wad In this form, Kilo recieves two improvements. First, his Hover-Spin attack takes much longer to descend to the ground, and second, when he Hover-Spins into a wall, he can climb it. This is useful for getting across gaps and crossing water. Variation 3: kilo3.wad This final form isn't especially flashy, but it is powerful. In this form, Kilo does not descend at all while hover-spinning, and never gets tired. In other words, he can hover-spin for an infinite amount of time. The only way down is by letting go of the Z key or getting hit by a powerful boss. Second Entry: WAD--Force the Hedgehog Download Type: Power Color: Silver Element: Electricity Abilities: Power: Characters with this trait are not especially fast or maneuverable, but they have access to wide range of attacks. They can use the Hover-Spin to glide, and they can climb a wall if they Hover-Spin into it. They are usually incapable of Spindashing, but they usually have a powerful attack replacing it, such as Inferno�s Thermal Nova or Force�s Lightning Warp. Lightning Warp: Instead of the Spindash attack, pressing X as Force will cause a yellow aura to surround him. While this aura is present, Force attracts rings and is invincible to everything except drowning. However, upon a single hit from an enemy, the aura fades, and it must be generated again. If you believe that I'm trying to trick you into downloading viruses, I'm happy to provide screenshots or even videos. --------------------------------------- 3rd Entry: WAD--Shadon the DNA-Fusion Download Type: Speed Color: Black & Blue Element: Chaos Abilities: Speed: Characters with this trait are super-fast and can jump quite high. They can also use the Speed Thok and Homing Attack. They are best when used in easy but long levels, which they will complete quickly and give you a high score at the end. Spring Dash: Instead of performing a Spindash, pressing X as Shadon will shoot him vertically up in the air, as if bouncing off a spring. Edited by 742 mph, Mar 1 2011, 04:04 PM.
