Strange, isn't it? Posts: 249 Group: C Rank Guardian Member #11,677 Joined: December 21, 2010	Hello, denizens of Sonic Blast forum. This is my first Sonic Robo Blast 2 character WAD. I know he's little more than a recolored Sonic appearance-wise, but he has excellent speed, handling, and some awesome abilities. (Please note that Kilo is a server-only character and will be extremely glitchy if played in single-player mode.) Kilo the Hedgehog: kilo.wad Kilo is unique among WADs because he has almost unheard-of speed, handing, and aceleration. He combines the ability to outrace Sonic with the skill to outmaneuver Tails in a way that's sure to get you through almost any level easily. Also, when controlled properly, Kilo is agile enough to do some major damage to difficult bosses rather quickly. Kilo's special ability is the Hover-spin, an attack that resembles the spindash but is used in mid-air. When activated by pressing and holding Z in mid-jump, Kilo will curl up into a spindash and begin a slow(ish) descent from the air. For those of you who don't think his speed and handling is enough to make Kilo worth downloading, I have three variations of him down below, each with their own unique special abilities. Variations These modifications to Kilo's coding all share his excellent acceleration and maneuvering, but each of them can do some things that Kilo can't. These changes are mostly made to Kilo's Hover-Spin attack. Each adds some extra abilities that Kilo can use while Hover-spinning. Variation 1: kilo1.wad Kilo's second modification is an even more useful one: while hover-spinning, he can move vertically. When in hover-spin mode, pressing Z over and over will cause him to ascend, allowing you to simply fly up and over many obstacles. Also, pressing X will cause Kilo to dive quickly down from the air, killing anything he lands on, unless you time it wrong, which will Kilo to lose all of his rings. This is also Kilo's "official" WAD form. Variation 2: kilo2.wad In this form, Kilo recieves two improvements. First, his Hover-Spin attack takes much longer to descend to the ground, and second, when he Hover-Spins into a wall, he can climb it. This is useful for getting across gaps and crossing water. Variation 3: kilo3.wad This final form isn't especially flashy, but it is powerful. In this form, Kilo does not descend at all while hover-spinning, and never gets tired. In other words, he can hover-spin for an infinite amount of time. The only way down is by letting go of the Z key or getting hit by a powerful boss. Please download these WADs and tell me what you think. I would really appreciate comments and criticism. If you think these WADs don't work well, please remember that Kilo is my very first WAD, and that if he and his variations are shoddy work to you, then I would greatly appreciate suggestions on how to improve them. And if you do like them, then have fun zipping through the most difficult SRB2 levels at sonic speed. --742mph EDIT: Could someone please close this?
