His large creamy white mane narrows to a point just above his belly button and soft to the touch. Personality: The swift fox is a kind hearted fellow who is naturally quiet due to his shyness to others, even though he's able to hold conversations fairly decently. He's a needlessly secretive person, which makes earning his trust difficult. Once through, those who pay close enough attention will notice that TC is one who is more emotional than he lets off.

This is due to his early independent childhood that slowly morphed into a lone wolf complex. TC is confident enough in himself to compete objectives himself, but won't decline offering and being offered a helping hand when it's needed. Though there are times where he tends to let his curiosity override his better judgment of personal safety and codes in order to satisfy any questions that happen to develop. He will risk even his well being in a potentially dangerous situation in order to fish out answer for his questions, despite how dumb the question may be.

The swift fox strides for change when his mind and body agree to such desire, yet it constantly clashing with a family trait of "what ever happens, happens". Even after acting upon something he would be able to look back and say "though I wish I could change it, it's already set in stone".

Battle Information:
Psychology: He plays to his strengths, always desiring to start a fight with the element of surprise. He's generally heavy on the support end, desiring to keep his distance while using his firearms. His melee weapon would be drawn before entering hand-to-hand combat. In the mix of it all fire magick is used periodically; although it's more of a last resort he still finds time to use it to his advantage. TC has no problems working alongside others, but with his lone wolf complex he would rather go toe-tot-toe strike his opponent(s) solo. He will assist and provide safety to those around him, but the swift fox's personal relationship with others determines his sacrifice in protecting them. His deems that allies should be able to hold their own. However, when it's those who TC holds close, he would give up a limb to keep that person safe, if that's what it took. TC treats his allies with respect and he opens his arms of protection to those who he has gotten to know personally.

In the mist of it all the swift fox doesn't mind breaking into conversation, whether it be between his friends or foes.

Skills:

  • Swift Bursts. TC exerts his skills and techniques in short bursts as a way to conserve his stamina. The swift fox can blast into maximum movement speed of 40 MPH and maintain it for some seconds before tiring.
  • Pyrokinesis. Fire manipulation that was original taught for expeditions. When brawls became more frequent for the swift fox self-trained to expand his blue fire to deal non-lethal damage. Although heat resonates everywhere TC will often fall upon resources that can produce a flame, from flints to Fire Shields. He has a slight advantage over some other flame casters as he can catch and return up medium damaging fire attacks that are launched to him. Though many years in using pyrokinesis, it has amplified the regulation of his body temptation, allowing him to wonder areas that are deemed cold with the light pieces of clothing in his attire section.
  • Marksmanship. He's highly accurate with projectiles, even including his own spit. Along with good anticipation (see strength) his able to equal out those who rely on dodging in their fights.

Techniques:

  • Flare Signal. A small ball of fire is launched a great distance, dealing low damage to those in its path. After a couple second of flight, or when the caster chooses, the ball detonates and deal additional splash damage while also temporarily blinding those caught in the explosion. This fire attack also shed light in the general area, temporarily revealing concealed unit for a few seconds.
  • Drill Shield. Flames swirl ahead of TC, like a drill. This attack knocks aside those in its way, while also deflecting light attacks. It shots forward a foot ahead of him for a second before disappearing.
  • Jack Tail. [Toogle] TC is able to project enough fire from under him in order to levitate and extends the fire behind his movements, doubling his movement speed. Those caught in the back draft obviously receive damage while they stay in it, but it also cuts their healing in half for a few seconds.
  • Blazing Edge. A crescent shape of fire roars straight down a direction it's casted in. The longer TC channels the attack the further the attack goes and the more damage it deals, but in turn he depletes more of his fire source in order to achieve his result.
  • Knife n Gun. He pulls out his knife and slices horizontally to his enemies midsection. This is followed up quickly with a firing of his flintlock to a selected target. Slowing the movement speed of all that take damage. This is a decent escape move that can only be performed when there are targets in melee range for him to swing his knife.
  • Angelic Fury (v2). Using a mass amount of fire, two pair of flaming wings spread out dramatically increasing his agility, evasion and grants in flight (ignoring terrain). He allows his built up aggression to lash out. TC puts almost all of his bodily strength into his melee attacks, as his ability to shoot projectiles with pin point accuracy plummets with his concentration in sustaining his wings. TC's pyrokinetic abilities in attacking are completely shut down as his metal focus, again, is in keeping his wings intact.

Strengths:

  • All-Around Fighter. His combat skills are built around Krav Maga, a style that revolves around the combination of self-defense techniques, hand-to-hand fighting and grappling. He's an amateur in weapons fighting.
  • Anticipation. It's both a strength and a weakness. As a former basketball players he developed a heightened sense of vision which he translated into his fights. This increases his block and dodge, but a mis-prediction risks taking more damage than needed.

Weaknesses:

  • Tail Grab. Grabbing his tail immobilizes ALL physical action from the swift fox. However, the grabber gains full access in using TC like a weapon, as long as the grabber is holding on to his tail. Any command, whether it is mental or spoken, TC will follow. TC's pyrokinetic abilities are severally dropped to manipulating small amounts of fire, which is TC's only way in signaling a message for help. TC can't use this on himself.
  • Landing. TC can jump twice his own height. When landing from a jump at full height he always lands with one-knee knelt down and with a right hand placed on the ground. Keeping your hands up offers the quickest protection in fights. Say we got a basic fighting stance. You have basic protection between the mid-section and head. Your defense is already up, so all you need is to adjust the position of your arm just a tad to block strike. If your arms are down you'll need about one second to get your hands up to block. A lot can happen in one second, plus reaction time can be -iffy. ANYWAYS, the reasoning for the explanation is that Tactic's landing position really endangers him because he drops his guard, by placing a hand on the ground. In order to put your hand on the ground you got to bend yourself or, in TC's case, kneel down. In that position he drops some of his offensive striking options. TC still has one arm for defense, but heavy strikes aren’t best blocked in this position. For TC it's best to get back up as soon as possible.
  • Triple Teamed. When playing out his moves correctly the swift fox can handle fighting two targets at the same time, once a third enters in the fry it becomes to tough to manage.
  • Glass Chin. A good punch or two at the jaw would result to an instant knock out.
  • Dousing Fire. Splashing water would extinguish his pyrokinetic attacks into nothing. When nature decides to rain automatically locks his ability to use his pyrokinesis. (Not only that, but Tactic doesn't feel safe while traveling at high speeds when he's more likely to slip due to the wet pavement and with baggy black pants his foot speed drops as well.)
  • Gas. The equation is simple: Fire + Gas = Explosion. Liquid state gas is easy to keep away from, it's the ones in a gas state that worry this fox. It can be anywhere, without even giving off the slightest scent that it's there. He has never hit gas with his fire, but it poses high dangers as explosions practically leave no time for a reaction.
  • Wind. It's a love/hate relationship. On one end, fire lives off oxygen and that fuels the fire to keep on burning. On the other, strong enough winds can blow out the fire. (Fire is referred to as TC's pyrokinesis attacks.)
  • Broken Surprise. Once he fires any of his weapons he losses the element of surprise.

Items: Ferrocerium (lighter flint), lighter, buck and ball, fire shield canister.
Weapons:

  • . Musket with a handle that is tightly grips down on a bayonet, which can be removed and used as a weapon. The side of this musket is customized with a number of silver slides with increasingly magnifying lens firmly attached to it. These lenses can smoothly slide and lock to the top of the gun, creating a make shift sniper scope to enhance his sights down a range.
  • . Flintlock pistol.
  • Butterfly Knife.

History:

Birth Place, Residence Universe of Origin are going to be replaced sometime down the road as I'm currently trying to wrap my head around some things I'm trying to pull off. I know the history section is blank, but I'm looking to fill it in my near future.
