Energy sources were in no short supply, transit across the globe was quick and simple, and two NESOs (Near Earth Solid Objects) had been successfully terraformed, the once-dead worlds known as the Moon and Mars. Though technology was in its most powerful forms yet, human culture and values were growing corrupt. Humans were causing species to go extinct on purpose, rejecting nature in ways such as factory-farming and cell-printing all their food and capturing all members of a species with plans to relocate them to poorly-run zoos, even going so far as to travel to other star systems and take over the planets of other intelligent races by force. Several planets in the systems of Alpha Centauri and 40 Eridani had already fallen victim to this near-heartless conquest. But there was one Earth-type planet, in a particular star system 17 light-years away, that they had their eye on. Their scans indicated that it already had intelligent species on it, but they didn't care. They sent one of their best military generals, Ivo Robotnik, to attempt to conquer what they thought was just another weak, defenseless planet. Meanwhile, on Mobius... In the past 25 or so years, Mobius had entered into a civil war of enormous proportions. Ever since the capacity for interplanetary space flight was developed, Mobians had been arguing, raging, even warring over how to use this new technology.The anthropomorphic animals had found themselves divided into two groups: the Alliance of Acorn, made up of the governments of the Kingdom of Acorn, Green Hill Zone, and Angel Island, who believed that other planets should be explored, but only uninhabited planets should be colonized, and that Mobians were equal to all other intelligent races,whatever those races may be like. However, the Mobius Empire, made up of the Scrap Brain, Knothole City, Robotropolis, and Deep Sea Zone, had other ideas. They believed that Mobians were clearly the universe's superior race, and that allsurrounding planets should be colonized, and, if need be, conquered, to show the universe the true power of the ultimate lifeforms of the cosmos. The war started in the year the Mobians called 3236 (actually 2215 AD) when the Alliance of Acorn decided to stop the Mobius Empire before they caused any harm to other intelligences. The war was still going strong, 25 years later, when Mobius Empire telescopes detected a large fleet of approaching starships. The ships quickly surrounded the planet, sending down some of their numbers to the surface, where thousands of robotic drones were deployed, and the humans began using a device they called the Roboticizer to install cybernetic implants in the wildlife, bringing it under their control. This, of course, angered both Mobian alliances, who quickly focused most of their military power against the invaders, and the humans retaliated, as expected. Mobius was quickly consumed in a three-way war that would decide its fate forever. Factions When you join this RPG, you will choose to ally with one of three factions: the Mobius Empire, Alliance of Acorn, and the Humans. Mobius Empire Leader: Shadow the Hedgehog Notable Members: Julie-Su the Echidna, Pir'Oth Ix the Echidna Goals: Prevent humans from conquering Mobius, Prevent Alliance of Acorn from stopping them conquering the galaxy Alliance of Acorn Leader: King Frederick Acorn Notable Members: Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles Prower the Fox, Princess Sally Acorn Goals: Prevent humans from conquering Mobius, Prevent Mobius Empire from conquering the galaxy Humans Leader: Ivo Robotnik Notable Members: Snively Robotnik Goals: Conquer Mobius Character Template (If using original character) Name: Faction: Species: (If Mobian, say "Mobian/Hedgehog, Mobian/Fox", etc.) Squad Number: (Humans only, this determines who else will fight by your side) Abilities/Powers: (Your character may have Chaos Control abilities, but teleportation only. No Chaos Spear, Chaos Blast, etc.) Weapons/Devices: Vehicles: History: Rules No god-modding. No controlling other people's characters. You can have a maximum of three characters, though only one non-original character per person. The Chaos Emeralds do exist in this RPG, but they are very hard to find, and don't expect to go super anytime soon. If you want to ask a question about the RPG, don't post it here. Name: Sarah-Su Faction: Alliance of Acorn Species: Mobian/Echidna Appearance: She has an average build and height, and has reddish-pink fur. She also has blue eyes. She often wears a black jacket over a white shirt, as well as an amulet containing a picture of her lover. She also wears jeans, and sneakers. Powers: Because she is the daughter of a guardian, she not only has above average strength, she also has ambient chaos energy. The energy gives her the ability to slow down time, however she can only use it in short bursts. If she uses it for more than one second, it will fatigue her. If she uses it for ten seconds, she will overheat and faint. The ability also has a cooldown time of 5 minutes. Weapons/Devices: A device that allows her to move to other universes as well as travel through time, but that's it. (She would only use it to get here and to leave once this is over.) Vehicles: None History: The daughter of Knuckles and Julie-Su, Sarah-Su's childhood was mostly normal, except for the training she underwent by her father. When she was 14, an evil robot Robotnick had built in the past, Mecha, was reactivated, and attempted to tale over the world. Sarah, along with Sonic, Amy, Tick, Tails, Cream, Tiamat, Vestra, Knuckles, and Julue-Su, stopped and defeated it; However, Mecha warped itself to an alternate universe, and Sarah and Tick followed and defeated it again. That time, it went into the past, bringing Sarah with it; However, Sarah lost her memory. She was found and befriended by that universe's Amy Rose, whom she fell in love with. She managed to finally destroy Mecha that time, recovered her memory, and went back home. She became involved in this situation when she was sent here as part of her training.
