His name is Solar the Hedgehog (of course) and he's a darker blue hedgehog with speed as fast as Sonic's (speed of sound) He is Sonic's long lost brother and they have the same attitude, Solar has yellow eyes and he has some hair sticking out on his forehead (like a Rockhopper type of Penguin).
I know he's lame... But I just wanted to share him with you.

Not bad but there a lot of things that cold use some review.
A: Long lost brother is done to death. B: If he's as fast as sonic then sonic wouldn't be the "fastest thing alive" so people around here don't like when you make character as strong/fast or two tails that can fly. C: That to little information.
Try to fill this template.
- Blaine Fan's Character Template
-
Basic Information:
Name: What’s your character called? Pyro the Fox? Saber the Hedgehog? Whatever you want, as long as it’s somewhat original. (Don’t call your fox Zails, for example) Alias: What’s your character’s nickname? I suggest basing them on your character’s personality, appearance and battle styles. For instance, a character with the ability to control water might be known as Misty to her closest friends. Age: This one’s obvious. How old is your character? Whatever you do, make sure your fan character’s skills fit his age. Nine-year olds typically aren’t black belts in Karate. Gender: Male? Female? Genderless? (For robots and the like) Species: What kind of creature is your character? A hedgehog? A dragon? A human? Or something you made up? Date of birth: When was your character born? Now, depending on the universe, you most likely won’t have a year. In fact, the only ones that give the years, that I know of, are the Sat-AM and Archie universes. For the rest of the universes, the month and day will suffice for the DOB. Place of birth: Where was your character born? Keep this one in cannon for whatever universe your fan character comes from. For instance, if you’re making a character for the SegaSonic universe, don’t make his birthplace Mobotropolis. You may also make up a place if you like. Current residence: Where your character currently lives. The same rules for the current residence can apply for the place of birth. Occupation: Your character’s job. Does he work for GUN? Is he the CEO of a large business? Basically, how does he/she get spending money? Alignment: Good, Evil, or Neutral? You decide.
Physical Description:
Image (If Available): Your character’s picture. Please, please, please, do NOT make a recolor. I can almost guarantee that someone’s going to give you a lot of criticism if you do. I understand that not everyone can draw or sprite well, but a recolor is not the way to go. Height: Make this one reasonable for the species. A hedgehog like Sonic would mostly run between 3’-3’5”, while a crocodile such as Vector might be up to six feet. Weight: Same as the height-make it reasonable. Appearance: Tell us what your character looks like. However, make sure you don’t say something like; “Blade has red stripes on his quills like Shadow.” It’s a bad idea to compare your fan character to the official cast. Attire: Tell us what your character wears. Same as the appearance, don’t compare your character to someone from the official cast.
Personal Information:
Personality: How your character acts. Is he a hothead? Is she sweet and gentle? For this one, I would suggest using a paragraph to describe him/her. Hobbies/Talents: Tell us what your character does in their spare time. Baseball, cooking, chess-the list goes on, and on. Likes: This is obvious-what does your character like? Dislikes: Same as above, but with the dislikes. Items What kind of objects does your character have? Whatever you do, don’t make your character carry around a Chaos Emerald. There are only seven in existence-and chances are extremely good that your character does not have one. Vehicles: What does your character drive? Extreme Gear goes in this category, too. Trivia: Miscellaneous things about your character. Does he chew gum when he’s bored? Is she a night owl? Is he left-handed? The habits and quirks of your character, basically.
Relationships:
Family: Your character’s relatives. Whatever you do, however, don’t relate your character to anyone from the official cast. Bad idea, trust me on this one. Close Friends:Your character’s best friends. I strongly suggest that you don’t make them best friends of the official cast. Other Friends: Who your character hangs out with on occasion. [Romantic Interest:[/b] This one’s obvious. Again, keep the official cast out of this. I have seen way too may fics where the summary includes something like “Sonic x OC.” So I wouldn’t suggest pairing up your character with one from the official cast. (You could also change this one to “Spouse” if your character’s married) Rivals: Who are your character’s rivals? I know everyone’s tired of me saying this, but keep the official cast out of this. Enemies: Your character’s enemies. These guys are usually of the opposite alignment.
Battle Information:
Skills: What kind of skills does your character have? Is he fast?(Just don’t make him faster than Sonic) Strong? Able to control electricity? Techniques: Your character’s different attacks-Homing Attack, Spindash, ect. Strengths: This one’s obvious. What are your fan character’s strengths? Is she great at dodging attacks? Just a few things that make a battle easier for your character. Weaknesses: This is one of the most important fields in this template. You must give your character some kind of (reasonable) weakness, or they could very well be classified as a Mary Sue. Weapons: Swords, guns, staffs-just any sort of weapons your character wields in battle.
History: When doing the history, make it nice and lengthy. Several paragraphs or more will do it. Now, I would strongly suggest that you don’t make your character have a totally angsty past, and/or have him/her created in a lab. I’m not saying you can’t, I’ve seen a few good bios involving the character being created somewhere, but let’s face it-those kinds of bios have been done to death.

Could improve a little upon him and give him a bit of originality, the speed thing that Murdock touched on needs to be changed. He can't be as fast as Sonic as Sonic is the fastest thing alive so you need to adjust that to he may be fast but not THAT fast.
Expand on him a bit more. Think about it and we'll see how it goes. Just a bit more effort and I bet he wont' be lame at all.
