Yeh. I tried it, and it kept saying for an Update.
I seen it was on the list on Wiki, so I called up Xbox.
The guy said it's not on the list as of yet, but the other two are.
It still works in some regions though. Where abouts you at?
I'm in the UK, so you might have some hope.

Angel Island Act 2
 The first game that ever gave me a scare was Dino Crisis. This one part you're walking down a long narrow hallway than all of a sudden a Raptor crashes into the window right in front of you in the hallway. I started shooting wildly into the air and at the Raptor from being so surprised. I finally killed it and yell "That was freaking scary!...This game is totally awesome!" :P But I was 10 at the time.

But the real game that scared me the most would have to Silent Hill. Playing this game during the day is scary enough but once you turn off all the lights and have some surround sound going at night it feels like you're in a horror movie yourself. Silent Hill scares me at times but I love it. When Origins came out for PSP a friend of mine let me borrow it for a while. There's a message to turn off the lights and put headphones on for the full effect of the game, I tried it. I still couldn't finish a Silent Hill game 10 years later.
