Try http://www.comicbookmovie.com/ It's a reboot movie of Spider-man. They're redoing the movies for some reason. I'll miss Toby as Spider-man, but this does look more realistic. |

What Spin said. He doesn't look anything like Robert Patterson. xD But a complete reboot of the movies, huh? This seems somewhat familiar to me now, actually. Well, looking foward to seeing what they do with it. Here's hoping The Lizard shows up in one of them. |

Well, I for one saw this coming. For the last couple of years, Kirsten Dunst and Toby McGuire have both turned down their roles for another Spiderman movie... they both claimed to have "grown out of the roles". This... Makes no sense. Never mind that another Spiderman movie would've been pure gold for them... Meh. Actors are so picky. |

Well Im pretty sure Im gonna give this a look at when it comes out. Im just wondering who's gonna play the role of of Mary Jane? Hmm.. Im sure I could just find out but googling it. But anywho, it will take some getting used to, seeing this new guy portraying our spidey hero. Gonna miss Toby but lets just hope Andrew doesnt ruin it

This guy looks waaay less nerdy than Toby. Uh-oh. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. Now I'm interested in watchiing this. They don't do many new-age remakes of this, or any, for that matter! |

I understand it's a reboot, but I just really hope that they don't make too much of him discovering his powers and such. I've seen enough "normal" guys get powers and try to learn how to use them. I don't want to see anymore of Spiderman's backstory. Otherwise I would just watch Spider-Man (2002) If they can approach this with a (fairly) fresh storyline, I'll be a happy camper. As for Toby, I'm not too sad to see him move on, I felt like Spider-Man 3 was atrocious. As much as I enjoy marvel characters, I just don't see the point of a reboot after only 10 years. Would it really be that bad for it to be Spider-Man 4 and just have some new actors? I mean... Batman did it. haha |

Ugh.. Why!? Spiderman is still new!! What did they run out of ideas for #4 or something, there are still plenty of baddies and scenarios to exploit, why start over a series that started AFTER THE YEAR 2000.. |

Well, the only thing I liked about Spiderman (2002) was the Green Goblin who was well-acted and really enjoyable to watch on screen. I think that if this is a complete reboot and the same actor, whose name evades me right now, won't be used I will be slightly disappointed but if they can find someone with the same kind of presence then the reboot might not be too bad.
I couldn't agree more Muckshaw, I am glad to see Toby go and also hope that Spiderman 3 won't be as stupid as the most recent one. They dropped the ball with it I felt, such a shame too because it had such a potential. |

He's proven he can be nerdy after The Social Network. |D I'm rather liking the new suit. The whole "abstract spider" logo is actually rather well done. I'm interested, but at this point I'll have to see how it plays out. I have too little knowledge on this movie for full-blown interest. You're in luck. Apparently Rhys Ifans has been cast in the role of Curt Connors/The Lizard.  Haven't seen anything he's done, but hopefully he's good. Edited by Kitm, Jan 14 2011, 08:34 AM.
