This is a general thread for what you think you might be getting, know you might be getting, or really want for Christmas this year! Today, I tricked my cousin into giving me the receipt to Best Buy today (I know they went there, and I tricked her by telling them my other cousin wanted it to check the price on something). They bought me Sonic Colors ($50), Goldeneye 007 Wii ($70), (With shirt and Golden Controller), and Kinect ($150)! Along with buying a used copy of Resident Evil 5 there as well ($14), and the $250 I'm going to get in Christmas money from my uncle (most likely to get Donkey Kong Country Returns and other things), the total money spent for me this year during the Christmas season is: Bum bum be dum bum de dum be bum~ $534! |

I know my sister got me an awesome pair of Skull Candy headphones, which is pretty much the main thing that I wanted. I think my parents are getting me Sonic Colours and Halo Reach, not a 100% on that though. |3 I still have no idea what to get everyone in my family. I wish they'd just tell me what they want already! D| |

exactly what I got for my younger brother! he just turned 16 and is just now getting into decent music, so I got him an mp3 player (that I've already loaded with great music) and some proper earbuds (rather then letting him use the crap ones they come with...) (wish I could've afforded to shell out $300 for Beats by dre though...) as for me, I snooped and saw the gamestop receipt that my wife tried to hide, So I know she bought me my own copy of Fable III (probably sick of me renting it over and over lol) I'm not sure about what else... I did buy my wife Scott Pilgrim Vs The World cause she (and I!) love that film. I could go into the details of everything else that I've gotten for people but i'm sure that would be boring haha. I love Christmas.

I have no idea if I'm getting anything or what I want for Christmas. xD; I know my brothers got a big flatscreen TV for out the back. They're already using it as we speak. xD As for me, I dunno. No games I need to have. I might look around for a decent Mic or something. Or maybe an MP3 player, mine's been busted since early this year and I need music to listen to when I'm out and about. On that note, if I got nothing this year I wouldn't really mind. Nothing big is coming out until next year, anyway. *shrugs* |

I'm getting the new XBox 360. Can't believe I didn't already have one. The 4GB one without Kinect. $200. I'm getting a Kindle, even though it has that most unsmexin' DRM. Sonic Colors Wii also. |

I don't get a lot for Christmas what I "know" I am getting is as follows: - a new pair of glasses - some money - some chocolates - deer meat (my friend in America hunts and got some meat for me to try) - some American sweets (Nerds and Sweetarts YEEEEEES!) - some art work of things I like And I think that is it. Personally I don't ask for much at Christmas because I don't know rich people nor do I want to be a bother to anyone, plus this year I was very cheap and cheerful with my presents for my family so I don't expect them to lavish me in gifts when I cannot afford to do the same. |

Gary why do we have to guess YOUR Christmas pressie? It's not like you're giving it to any of us to enjoy so I think you should just tell us. Although I am guessing some sort of cinema system or a PS3/360 deal with move or kinect. |

Its hard to buy/ask for things at Christmas because we get what we want through the year, thanks to me and my brother all grow'd up and being in work lol! So come this time of year asking the family what they want is difficult, even for stuff that gets used because it's a waste of time buying crap that isn't appreciated. I've asked for the complete Red Dwarf box set on DVD, some new aftershave and a few other bits and peices. Oh and some vouchers for Debenhams (fav department store) so i can go get the clothes i like and will wear out rather then being shoved up the back of a drawer as the person who bought it didn't know i don't like wolley jumpers xD Edited by Ellis, Dec 14 2010, 11:49 AM.

Well, I know I'm getting an Artograph Animation Disk for Christmas (which was supposed to be a birthday present to coincide with the Animation Bible I also ordered, but let's not discuss) as well as some new clothes, and I'm bumping around maybe getting Epic Mickey. The game was a must-have until people started dogging on it, and after playing the perfection that is DKC:R, I'm not sure I want to risk asking someone for something that will ultimately be a disappointment I'll never pick up again. We shall see. xP |
