Feel free to switch over to it using "Choose a Theme" option at the very bottom of the site. Enjoy and have a holly jolly Christmas. It's the best time of the year. It seems to be lacking Icons, its got a grey Chao Icon next to two of the sections but the others just have 'Regular forum' written instead, don't know if this is a problem that can be fixed.
