Don't close your eyes, don't give into the fright
You know how they always say everything in the universe has an exact oppposite as a law of science???

Well...we know almost nothing about the black holes in space, and black holes are negative, attracting, energy.

Do you think that maybe...just maybe...on the other side of those black holes, or somewhere else in space, there are WHITE holes? With energy thats repelling instead of attracting? With positive energy?

It's just a deep thought of mine. Please post back so we can bounce some ideas. =]

What is the difference between a duck?

Everything would have to be recycled, matter cannot be destroyed. It can only be ripped apart and then smushed together again in some form, and a Black Hole would be a logical spot for that to take place more quickly than it would by just naturally merging with other matter.

So yeah, a big bang emerging from a big black hole does make sense. As for the organism thing, you could also wonder how an organism could survive making it to Earth, surviving an oxygen-less journey and then burning up through atmospheric burn up and impact. You would be surprised at what the smallest building blocks of life can endure.

. . .

The universe is rather practical isn't it? But then I have heard of galaxies being destroyed (no, not talking about star trek) but if the universe constantly recycles does that mean that technically that galaxy has just been squashed up into smaller matter being spread about in the rest of the massive recycling plant?

I know that basically organisms can survive a great deal it's just so confusing to think we are all just recycled bits and pieces from another universe that was destroyed and put through the black hole's rinse cycle. Space is amazing but really complicated to get your head around some of the concepts.

[PS. Aww. Sakul I feel oddly proud and compelled to thank you for replying even if I did ruin your lurking credit]
