 No, because it's in the templates not the skins. Plus it has nothing to do with permissions so it wouldn't be only admins that can see it. This is weird...

 I just had a flick though the skins and it didn't appear in any for me, so its definately not a skin problem.

I'll never let you go
I can't see it either and I tried it on the default and Dreamcaster. I highly doubt it will work on any other skins either.
