I walked along the edge of the river in the middle of the forest. The cool water conflicted with the summer's heat. I was listening to my i-pod, playing "The Weak Willed" By: All That Remains. I took in a deep breath and sighed. It was a good day to be alive. A good day to avoid cops and the army and anyone in particular. I pickd up a rock and threw it into the forest randomly. Then sat down and stared intot he water while the song switched to "Come Alive" by: Bluestone. I loved the contrast of the metal vs. smooth quiet like music. I closed my eyes and listened, letting myself drift witht he music.

He could hear birds singing in their way of singing. He then looked down at the river. He saw someone who was listening to a i-pod. "Wonder who is that is?" Mark jumped out of the tree and landed in front of it. He walked over to the stranger and said. "Hello, I'm Mark. I see your listening to a i-pod. So, if I can ask, what's your name?"

My eyes, whites and all, lit up neon red. "Who the hell are you and what do you want!?" I asked. A shaft of sunlight coming down from the tree tops glinted off the blade of a dagger I had held to the hedeghogs throat. It was pressed just enough that it nicked the skin and sent a drop of blood running down the blade. I didn't like strangers. Never had, never would.

"Well...no doubt you already know who I am, everyone in the major cities are looking for me. All they want to do is kill me! How can I trust you!?" I demanded. Instead of holding the knife up to his throat, I took my knuckles and started pressing them in the space between your jaw and your voicebox, making it hard for him to breathe. (eh.....shes kinda violent wen u first meet her..hehe -_-;; )

I said, letting him down, cleanig the dagger, and putting it away into a dufflebag I had strapped on my back. I had decided he wasn't a threat. My look changed from that of an angry beast to a scared animal.

A flash of complete and utter vunerability went over my face, then I put on a facade again and growled. 'Why do you care?!" I asked harshly. I wasn't trying to be a bitch...just on my guard.

I looked like a scared little child. "I-I'm sorry...I just........everyone's trying to kill me or something and I don't...I don't know what else to do but try to be intimidating." I said. I cringed a bit, expecting him to yell.

I growled and turned around. I leapt on the policeman and tore out his throat with my teeth. More bullets whizzed by and i sighed and grabbed onto the hedgehogs wrist. 'Come on!" I said, I sprinted away, leaving the body there, and ran deeper into the woods.
