No it doesn't, dude. You could change your name to "I EAT SHIT FOR BREAKFAST" and no admin would need to approve it.

You'd need to change it later though, probably.

If you can't, and your name is still "I EAT SHIT FOR BREAKFAST", you're probably banned. Just letting you know how other boards operate, since (SURPRISE) no two boards are the same.

All username changes have to be approved either by a Global Moderator or an Administrator.

Dude. You've gone and taken a joke personally. There is officially nothing anyone can do for you here, unless you suddenly grow a sense of humor, slash get your head out of the bucket of bleach because it's been soaking in there long enough.
It may be a joke but if a person does not like a joke it must stop, even if it doesn't seem like a big deal to anyone else.
