 I need help on using Forummotion. SonicFreak, (at my proboards forum) encourged me to use forummotion, telling me it was easy, but I am having trouble with it, Does anyone here know how to use it?

What's your problem in specific? You just not getting the hang of it? 'Cos I'm pretty sure that a quick trip to the manual/FAQs would probably solve most of your more trivial problems, like getting set up and such.
