What happens when you warn level is at 100%? Do you have to have an amount of post to play in the arcade?

But anyway, to answer your questions: 1: No. A Staff member must be mature, fairly active, friendly, know the rules, and be chosen as mod by the rest of the staff. Post counts have nothing to do with it. You can have someone with 1000 posts and another with 300 posts, but the 1000 post member might not have the maturity needed to be a staff member, while the 300-post member may, and would therefore be much more likely to become a mod. 2: You get banned. Simple as that. 3: No.
