Dos saw the blast but didn't have time to respond, and it burned a small hole through his right arm, *Secondary weapons sytems offline!* his alert system reported, just then a large shadow seemed to engulf the battlefield as the egg carrier flew overhead and beamed up DOS's chaos emerald before raining missiles down upon them, "HEY! I'M STILL DOWN HERE YOU OVAL BODIED IDIOT!!" Dos shouted down his communicator to Robotnik |

Making his way outside of the city, Takeru looked up and saw the emerald the robot had. Heh, no chance in hell I'm not getting op there! Preparing himself, he preformed a running jump, aiming to land on the deck of the massive carrier. As he descended, he readied he body for the impact. Landing and splintering wood as he landed, Takeru quickly examined him self. All superficial scratches. Now i need to get to the lower deck to find the emerald. Sneaking his way around, avoiding cameras and patrol bots, he made it to the hanger. He knew this was the place; the emeralds with him grew in power. OK, lets start looking for it. |

And another th-" Dos cut Robotnik off, "I swear if i had to listen to him any longer i would have triggered my self destruc-" Dos stopped, before letting off a metallic snigger and tapping a few keys on the PDA built into his right arm, *Scrap Brain Emergency Self-Destruct sequence activated, all transportation systems are now offline, please evacuate the Zone immedietly, 3 minutes to self destruct!* The radios shouted throughout the scrap brain, repeating the message and slowly counting down, Dos set off towards the exit gates... |

Jaye, not far from the previous battle, heard the notice. I never thought I would see the day...Eggman had an AI that snapped on him. Though how that mechanical wolf was able to do that is anyone's guess...While Jaye didn't particularly want to leave behind those he'd met, circumstances were quickly transpiring against them. As quickly as he could backtrack, he exited Scrap Brain at speed, practically flying back towards the cover of the forests surounding the ruins of Star Light Zone. Once he'd left the doomed Zone, Jaye thought over the situation and what the fastest way to get back to the others would be. With the geopraphy knowledge he had...the closest he would probably be...at some type of peak or summit. Two possibilities quickly came to mind, though how he was to get from there to an airbourne object would remain to be seen. Furthermore, it would take weeks on end to even reach either the mountainous ice caps or the volcanic reefs of lava by foot. However, Jaye was intrinsically involved now, and he was with the resistance to whatever end it should come to. As he tried to stay out of the explosion path as much as possible, the hourglass necklace he'd always felt oddly compelled to wer clinked and seemed to turn over - Jaye could have sworn that surrounding him was a brief golden flash, but if there was it was gone in an instant. |

Searching for a long time, the Egg Carrier shook with great force. Flipping back, Takeru hit his back on some empty boxes softening his crash. Then he looked over at one of the boxes that was glowing red. I got 3 out of the 4 Chaos Emeralds! This turned out better then i thought! Quickly running out of the room and onto the Skydeck, Takeru looked over the side and saw that Scrap Brain Zone was just about gone, apparently in on giant explosion. Preparing himself, Takeru took a graceful dive into the forest, near the beach the group had stayed at. |
