Name: Jaye 'Chronius' Granger

Age: 14

Gander: Male

Species: Elemental Fox (It is a strange condition...only manifests every forty-two generations. Including the current.)

Family:

Patrick Granger, 39 (Father)
Amara Townes, 40 (Mother)
Jade 'Vita' Granger, 17 (Older sister, noticeably has green patches.)
Jeremiah 'Lucius' Granger, 13 (Younger brother, noticeably has silver patches.)
Jennifer 'Terrie' Granger, 11 (Younger sister, noticeably has brown patches.)
Jonathan 'Ignarum' Granger, 7 (Younger brother, noticeably has red patches.)
Jacob 'Gravour' Granger, 4 (Younger brother, noticeably has silver patches.)
Jamie 'Fortunis' Granger, 3 (Younger sister, noticeably has pink patches.)

Imagery: None as of yet.

Physical Appearance: Icy blue fur in most places, though strangely there are patches of bright orangearound his legs and face. His irises usually shine with a brilliance of gold which can, yet, also be soft. Other than that, he is mostly normal physically, save a symbol scarred under his fur across his left leg, which only he knows about. (Hgt. 2'7", Wgt. 56 lbs.)

Attire: Jaye is never seen without two particular articles: a long, if not somewhat faded, red jacket; and a small-scale hourglass which is hanging from a necklace. Other clothing he changes out regularly, trying to help detract from the general aura of chaos around his family's home.

Personality: Being part of a somewhat noisy family, Jaye long ago came to the conclusion that silence can often be a useful course of action. That is not to say that he's antisocial in any way, as he was once quite introverted but worked to change his habits.
Work ethic is fairly normal in him, but if there is something he truly believes in doing or finishing, he'll devote all his energy to it. This may or may not leave him feeling drained later. If there is something which really needs doing, he'll often most finish it eventually, but direct generosity goes farther and faster.
One particularly noticeable quality about Jaye is his love of documentation, of any type. He'll spend a good part of his time writing stories, another large piece devoted to photography work. Some of his best doings have been inspired by and taken pictures of the times he's been trusted to wander for a time. The past, and enstillment of it into venues of keeping it, are very important to him.
On the matter of time, from where springs his nickname...he has a strange obsession with time. He always assumed it just another interest - but strange things happen concerning it.

Abilities: Jaye is an avid photographer and has quite some skill when putting his hand to any camera. He also writes stories in his free time. Stranger things have come to pass, however...he really does seem to have some type of affinity with time, having in his dreams precognition and retrocognition. Yet, by what is revealed to him, the extra knowledge often bothers him, as if he should act on it - but it isn't coherent. It can also be wondered if his hourglass has anything to do with it...

History: The family lived not very far from two specific places - one, the grass shone as polished green gemstones would, depite the varing terrain of the altitude; while the other was a type of chemical processing plant that not much was known about.

Being the second oldest, Jaye was almost always helping somehow ever since the point he had learned to keep himself. This worked well with his fervor for being generous, yet he always felt there vould be something more. At five, he and his older sister were given permission to hike in the surrounding area, so long as they stayed together for now. This ended up just fine, and one afternoon Jade and Jaye enjoyed a view of the toxin processing plant - at least, as enjoyable as that type of thing became.

On the way back was when he noticed. Occasionally, Jade would look at something living along the trail and she would seem to glow green briefly, almost matching her eye color - assuming it wasn't an illusion in the first place. Jaye would have asked her, but he was tired and decided to put it off until another time.

The dreams started that night. They were incredibly fuzzy, something as paying attention to an electric device emitting static. He could make out vauge outlines and voices, however, it wasn't clear at all. The next night came and passed, and as those before him, and after, Jaye was legally instructed at home. However, the dreams began to catch clarity as to the point where he actually learned of the basic idea behind the bizarre nicknames he and his siblings held in common.

They were a part of a special section of the family, the forty-second generation from the last time something happened. Apparently this something was the manefestation of auric, element-based power. Jaye knew he loved time...and soon, the dreams included a small amount of precognition.

Many more things happened to Jaye as he grew up, but they're of slightly lesser importance [and their author is working on something else - always working - right now].

I had forgotten to say this...I would appreciate feedback on what has been written so far. Speaking of which, I should keep writing...
