However, I still have far to go: My BBCode is sloppy and due to time constraints, so please bear with me as provided information changes (and increases/decreases, such as Rules and such.) throughout my working and organization. Empyreans Hello? Hello? It's me, BrickWall. I work for The Academy's disciplinary committee in ranks and files. If you're listening, reading, or watching this, that means that you're most likely a new student at the school that we've put our eyes on and-or plan to recruit. Um... Why would you want to recruit you? Well... There's a bit of a war going on at our school, involving a school gang, a group of supposed psychopomps and... the Feds. Wait... I suppose this isn't enough. Well, here at Shokugyou Sentou no Geijutsu Academy, wow, that's a mouthful... There's this advanced school gang at the school, headed by an evil demigod Kitsune from another universe known as Kazuki Fujiwara. The gang is known formally as The Empyreans. Now, this school gang is more than just a school gang. They're up to no good things at all times, not just around the school grounds, but around the dorm rooms and the surrounding city, known as Chouetsu, which is not just an increasingly popular vacation spot and the home of multiple celebrities, but also a holy grounds of sorts, meaning that many come here not just for the beaches, but for spiritual enlightenment and other missions. 'Well, exactly what are they doing that bad?' That's probably what you're asking your computer, cell phone, or whatever right now, affirmative? Well, what they're doing is entirely serious: They're destroying public property, injuring and even killing those who give them minor irritation, promoting drug trade, and stealing. Enough said, they're the perfect antithesis of the law enforcement of the town. Their presence is also somewhat governed by a group of supposed psychopomps known simply as the N.E.R.Ds. The N.E.R.Ds, albeit not causing direct harm to the area, are still a hazard to the city, due to their generally ornery attitudes and openness to destruction. They also tend to side with the Empyreans. Whenever the two gangs meet up in 'Hyphies', the crime record of the city skyrockets. And then there's the FBI Club. Unlike most high schools, which have Jr. ROTC, we have an FBI program. The Feds, despite being a school-hosted club, work on their own agenda, taking matters into their own hands. Luckily, however, they're allied, more or less, with us, the Disciplinary Committee. Speaking of which, us at the Disciplinary Committee are really just a blank canvas. Enough said, we're an organization comprised of the honor students, non-Empyrean delinquents put into reform, and of course, the volunteers with a strong sense of justice. I'm of course, a combination of both former and latter. We, the Disciplinary Committee members, are essentially a subsidiary of the city law enforcement in short. And that concludes my introduction. I'll see you on the first day of school! ...Also, The Empyreans, The N.E.R.Ds, The FBI, and of course, the Disciplinary Committee are always recruiting, and you will be recruited by the end of your first day in Chouetsu. If you happen to choose the N.E.R.Ds or The Empyreans, don't be surprised... If you end up on the business end of my Steel Blood. ...Those ACCURSED Empyreans... The Factions and their NPCs The Disciplinary Committee Speaking of which, us at the Disciplinary Committee are really just a blank canvas. BrickWall, Disciplinary Committee Member Student President � The New � Real name Cody Daniels, The New is the student president of the Disciplinary committee. The New is an avid swordsman, and hence his name, is quite a new student at the school. Daniels is from another universe, and thus can use magic. The most notable magic item within his possession is the spur gear-like bracelet he wears on his left arm, which seems to float off of another, magnetic bracelet underneath it. By spinning this gear, Daniels generates electricity. Student Vice President � Grandmaster Blurr � Real name Cody Oroborus, Grandmaster Blurr, or rather �Grandie B,� is the spawn of Hell... so to speak: In truth, Oroborus is the child of Succubus Queen Lilith and Satan Himself. Due to his lineage of demonic royalty, he's inherited several traits from both of his parents, such as developing a snake tongue and reptilian eyes during moments of intense anger. The most notable of which are his horns: Despite being only around 13 years of age, his horns have grown to the point whereas his hair is covered near-constantly. Other than his horns and demonic body, the other two defining traits of Grandmaster occurs to be his weapon of choice: An extending pole that's capable of forming two energy blades (successfully forming a two-sided �Beam Kama�) and his glasses. Grandmaster is highly protective of his glasses and through information retrievable from various sources, Grandmaster removes a power limiter of sorts and/or transforms into an Eldritch Abomination of some sort via removing his glasses. Also, Grandmaster is considered an Incubus rather than a Devil or Demon. Student Congress Member � BrickWall � Real surname Desbois. First name classified. BrickWall is a member of the Disciplinary Committee recruited for his excellence in grades or willingness to help at all. No, his position within The Disciplinary Committee's administration stems from a special mutation within his blood that allows him to turn his blood into steel and petrify his skin in order to defend himself and fight, hence the �Wall� portion of his nickname. As mentioned previously, BrickWall is a deductive genius, exceeding the intellect of The New and Grandmaster Blurr combined. However, he is very sensitive about his Mental and Physical ages (both of which amount to around sixteen in an estimate) and thus secludes himself from the rest of the club to work in ranks and files. Another reason for his seclusion happen to be his suitors: Most students in the school never catch wind of BrickWall's real age. Those who do, however, would throw away any small drop of morals they have whatsoever. Teacher Vice President � Shelley Quickscope � Shelley Quickscope is the Teacher Vice President of The Academy's Disciplinary Committee. Shelley, unlike the group's other members, who are considered the most robust students and teachers within the school, Shelley is ridiculously �squishy,� her life constantly hanging on a thread from her multiple terminal illnesses and other problems (such as multiple incidents of accidental, fatal violence directed at her). Of course, said incidents occasionally snip the thread and kill her for a few seconds before she's quickly revived, being a mortal Angel. Like BrickWall, Shelley is also found highly attractive by the other staffers at SSGA, especially N.E.R.D West. The New's Words of Welcome If you're reading this message, you've been recruited by us at the Disciplinary Committee. It's good to have one more man join our forces against the Empyrean Mafia. We're brothers in arms, us Disciplinary Committee members: We fight 'til our bodies are worn and on the verge of falling apart. And me? Just who am I? And just how the Hell do we keep contacting you? We like freakin' with minds, so we'll never tell you how we manage to contact you. Heheh. I'm Cody Daniels, best known around the place as The New, and I run the Disciplinary Committee with my partner Grandmaster Blurr. But what's our agenda? We're not just out to stop the Empyreans. We need to hit the N.E.R.Ds and get rid of them! Not only that, but we keep the peace around the place. So are you sure you wanna join us? Better suit up. See you on your first day of school! The N.E.R.D Order High N.E.R.D � N.E.R.D Blaine � N.E.R.D Blaine from SRS 'n' Canon? Hell Yes. During a short vacation from The Shack, Blaine finds himself enrolled (against his will) in classes at The Academy. Of course, Blaine helms the N.E.R.D's operations due to his position upon entering the school. Blaine is known for his scythe (which doesn't physically tax him as much as other N.E.R.Ds to transform), which usually dons the form of a revolver with a lengthy bayonet attached to its barrel's end. Grim Reaper's Granddaughter � N.E.R.D Rosetta "Rose(tte) Stone � A close friend and roommate to Blaine, Rosette Stone is the most reserved out of the N.E.R.D trio. Rosetta Stone is also extremely modest when it comes to her looks, which have a tendency to make men and even other women spurt blood out of their noses nonstop. Rosette fights with a book: A compendium of all knowledge. Thanks to said book, Rosetta is fluent in multiple languages and occasionally flaunts this fact unintentionally. She also seems to show a large amount of sentiment towards Blaine, becoming flustered in his presence among other things. Grim Reaper's Grandson � N.E.R.D Gates � While not as physically talented as Blaine or having the multilingual abilities that Rose has, N.E.R.D Gates does have the most practical and most powerful weapon of the group: His scythe transforms into a laptop that allows him to modify reality in a much more practical way than the other three N.E.R.Ds. Teacher Support � N.E.R.D West � Okay, like his namesake, Kanye West, N.E.R.D West is a bit of an a-hole. Scratch that. N.E.R.D West is a major A-hole, but he means well. West wields his scythe, which is almost never seen outside of its signature form: a laser gun (which is easily outclassed by Blaine's Bayonet Revolver. Stating this in his prescence leads him to say that his weapon is �ONE OF THE BEST GUN TYPE SCYTHES OF ALL TIME!�) The FBI BrickWall's Description of The FBI And then there's the Feds. Unlike most high schools, which have Jr. ROTC, we have an FBI program. The Feds, despite being a school-hosted club, work on their own agenda, taking matters into their own hands. Luckily, however, they're allied, more or less, with us, the Disciplinary Committee. Leader - Agent Bee - Agent Bee, real name, Joseph Beeman, is a high-ranking member of the FBI, and thus is the helm of the school's FBI Club. Bee's equipment outfit, however, is highly unorthodox: Due to his unusually high resistance to electricity, he uses small electricity generators fastened to his arms, along with an array of Balisongs, his favorite of which being his SpyderFly. Co-Leader - Agent Bullet/Honey Ant - Real name Honey Schadenfreude, Agent Honey Ant is Agent Bee's British, Wise-cracking, ice-cold, smoking-hot partner. Honey Ant is known for her hot-headed attitude and supposed lack of positive emotions. She also seems to have some sort of lost love, who is implied to be Shelley Quickscope's son. Her weapons of choice fluctuate between dual AA-12 Automatic Shotguns and two Suppressed AMT Hardballers. High Ranker - Speed Specter - Full name Spencer "Speed" Specter, this agent is one of the younger members of the war, joining the ranks of BrickWall, Cody Oroborus, and Aera. Speed Specter as named for his insane speed and its usage which allows him to phase through most things easily. Speed Specter wields a pair of Golden S&W 500 Revolvers. Teacher Support - Black Widow - Real name classified, Black Widow is the total leader of the FBI faction, and despite coincidentally sharing a physical appearance with comic book character "Black Widow," is nothing like her. Black Widow's weapon outfit is that of her Spider-Based equipment and distinct "Venom" electricity generators. The Empyrean Mafia BrickWall's Description of The Empyreans 'Well, exactly what are they doing that bad?' Other than that, not much is known about him besides the fact that he runs the Empyreans and the one who installed its Mafia Outfit. Consigliere - Stark Schadenfreude - Honey's twin brother, Stark Schadenfreude a high-ranking member of the Empyrean Mafia. Stark is supposedly from another world, along with Kazuki and a cast of others, and wields an insanely sharp combat knife. Young Caporegime - Aera - Real name Sachiyo Nakamura, Aera's known entirely by her nickname, which stems from her extensive wardrobe of Aeropostale Brand clothing, starting with her blue and yellow, oversize Aeropostale jacket. Aera fights with Kunai knives and other "Ninja-like" weapons. Old Caporegime - Capone - Real name Michael Scaletta, Capone fits the Bunny Ears Lawyer trope to a T with his job as a teacher. Other than his personal life, Michael Scaletta is the product of a family with deep ties to the Mafia, and is thus entirely ruthless and will do anything to aid him and the other Empyrean Mafia members. Capone usually utilizes dual Tommy guns or even a Minigun. A couple of questions about the sign-up sheet, though... -For the "Nickname/Codename and Origin" section, basically what you have for all the other characters? -Racial abilities? -As for the N.E.R.D.'s "Scythes," could you just elaborate a bit on them? Assuming they're literal scythes(which I would think so), does the character even have to use the scythe form, does it take up a weapon slot, et cetera... Thanks in advance.

Exempli Gratia, racial abilities would be skills typically applicable to characters of that Species, such as Hedgehogs which are attributed with speed, Echidnas with Strength, et cetera. Of course, I'm planning on retconning that from the bio and instead stealing lilfate's Summer Jump bio sheet shamelessly. N.E.R.D Scythes "Hello? This thing on? Heya, it's N.E.R.D Blaine. If you're hearing this, either I went mad and attempted to destroy you-know-where or you were recruited into The N.E.R.Ds. Now, I'm assured you're flipping out again: 'How the Hell did they manage to E-Mail, Text, or Voicemail me after I changed my Cell number or my E-Mail address?' Well, that's irrelevant. Simple and clean, you're one of us Neutrally Equipped Reapers of Death now, and thus, you've been gifted with powers beyond your wildest imagination. The most important of which? Your scythe. Your scythe is the main and hopefully only weapon you'll be using within Chouetsu and The Academy in general. But just what is the Scythe? Let me guess, you're figuring that it's just some sort of scythe, correct? Well, no. Think about it like that Manga-Anime series... yeah, Kuroshitsuji, whatever: Your scythes can warp between any form at will, but unfortunately, since you all are only Artificial N.E.R.Ds, you can only choose between two major forms besides said weapon's original form.

Probably. Faction: ~~N.U.R.G.L.~~ NERD. Primary Weapons: A flamethrower (See TF2's Pyro weapon) -Secondary Weapons: A giant waraxe. Appearance: -Attire: Jeans, White T-shirt, Brown Bomber Jacket. I've been so vague about it, haven't I? Regardless, thank you for reminding me. I'm such a ditz. But then again, this is currently still a concept (somewhat), and thus the NPC Bios and Character Bio Sheets are still vague. (TL;DR: Yes. Thank you for reminding me to add that aspect to the bio sheet.) Also, @Lilfate: Yes indeed I can. Also, would it be against the rules to make a "Fan Pack (Made of PDFs)" of sorts containing more in-depth character bios, recruitment messages, advanced rules, and/or a promotional chapter of the Empyreans fanfic? If not, I'll just have to transfer a bit of writing from Rich Text to BBCode.

Soul Eater makes me want to make a N.E.R.D. character, but everyone signing up here has gone with that faction already, so I should probably even it out some.
