Mah D3 characters. Since they're based off of my actual pupils in the game, they're designs are basically the same as the game's generic classes. The Hero Name: Setsuna Amaterasu Age: 1691 Grade Level: Freshman (was dropped down from Sophomore) Class: Samurai (Female) Personality: Setsuna can be stoic and sarcastic at times, but really she's a very emotional and troubled girl who has a complex or two about her appearance, height, orientation, (she's bisexual) and a bunch of other things. She tries to act as friendly as possible, but really she doesn't like people all hat much. Or rather, she's afraid people might not like her. She's actually very civil, for a demon: she never takes her anger out on anybody. Instead, she has her own designated "angry room" that she can tear apart whenever she needs to. She even cleans everything up after she's done. She cares very deeply for Fiana, and the two eventually start going out after they acknowledge the fact that they're actually in love with each other. (which took a while, to say the least) Height: 180 cm Favorite Food: Berries Hobbies: Collecting swords, harp Likes: Fiana, sword training Dislikes: Socializing, wolves (is afraid of them due to an incident as a child) The Lancer Name: Fiana Esmeralda VII Age: 1542 Grade Level: Freshman Class: Fighter (Female) Personality: Fiana is a semi-polite girl who likes hanging out with other girls but despises men, (or at least loud and annoying men) including her little brother, Tamato, much to his frustration. She fights on a daily basis and uses bows in battle. She is a thriving honor student and is loved by a lot of the teachers. She isn't all that social, but more so than Setsuna. (who's actually her girlfriend) Height: 160 cm Favorite Food: Chicken Wrapped in herbs Hobbies: Polishing armor, (her leg pieces) archery Likes: Setsuna, dying her hair (her natural hair color is brown, much like Tamato's) Dislikes: Sweaty men, Tamato (her younger brother) The Big Guy Name: Tamato Esmeralda Age: 1505 Grade Level: Freshman Class: Fighter (Male) Personality: Overall, Tamato's a really nice guy. The problem is he can't really say no to ANYONE, especially not his girlfriend. (who would probably shoot him in the face if he did) He's basically the pincushion of abuse, and if he ever gets a lucky break, it won't last long. Height: 186 cm Favorite Food: Any kind of meat Hobbies: Jogging Likes: Shadow, (tho' she can be quite the... abusive... girlfriend) spears Dislikes: Being constantly reminded (either verbally or situational-wise) that he's the Butt Monkey of the group The Smart Guy Name: Susanna the Shadow Age: 1527 Grade Level: Freshman Class: Gunner (Female) Personality: Shadow is a big shot that thinks EVERYTHING is about her. She's pretty selfish and will often act violent if she doesn't get her way, and almost always takes her anger out on her poor, poor boyfriend. Height: 164 cm Favorite Food: Tacos (with about 500 grams of super-spicy hot sauce) Hobbies: Shooting range Likes: Tamato, guns (especially sniper rifles) Dislikes: Being called by her first name, Night (a succubus who she constantly tries to top in terms of attractiveness, really succubi in general) The Chick Name: Sexy Summer Age: 1544 Grade Level: Freshman Class: Personality: Summer is EXTREMELY hyperactive and often overwhelms others around her with her enthusiasm. She's also very noisy and can be annoying to people who don't know her well. Needless to say, she loves making new friends, and she is always supportive to those in need. Height: 170 cm Favorite Food: Ice cream Hobbies: Cheerleading, dancing Likes: Guys, her best friends Dislikes: Snakes, the MAJOR growth spurt she's currently going through. (her breasts have been growing rapidly and she's afraid they might get in the way of cheerleading. Plus, guys won't leave her alone) Will provide a team bio and more information later. Critique plz? I’m probably the wrong person to Critique anything, but I will say this. I myself have created completely new chars out of the disgaea series. And though you have given each of them pretty good personalities, what about back story? Give them a bit history. They are, after all, 1500+ years old, I doubt something exiting, life changing or otherwise has happened in their lives. Just think for a moment. "What f***ed up thing has happened to them since they enrolled in the demon academy? did the grade war effect any of them? has Mao tried to experiment on them? have they became a prinny in their life time? Reincarnated? Just something to think about. One another thing. it would be "artistically" irresponsible not to deviate from the carbon character design. Just giving each of them a different outfit or hair style would be all you needed to change. if you haven’t already done so. And add just a tad more detail to the physical appearance. If you can fill out every thing with * next to it (Which is practically done already!) Then you have accomplished your mission. Spoiler: click to toggle (Which is practically done already!) Then you have accomplished your mission as creator of these chars. and I know, its aloooot!! But if you can fill out one of these for each of your chars you then everything you will ever need concerning your chars is there in list form. The only thing better than this would be a picture bio for each. and now that I have a scanner, i can help you with that part if you want to do it that way. one more thing... great job so far. there realy isnt much to fix. I was gonna write their backstories later. ^^; So yeah... And I might think about making their designs deviate from the original D3 designs a bit, but overall, I want them to stay true to their official designs, for my own reasons. Well, one character that hasn't been listed here (Sexy Night, my succubus, mentioned in Shadow's dislikes list) has a design that's quite different from the D3 design. The reason being in because Ms. Machiko also appears in the little "series" I use them in, so to say. I have a LOT more Disgaea characters than this, btw. (A whole rival gang, Setsuna and Fiana's families, Summer's little "girl posse," etc.) Btw, if you have any experience with collaboration manga, (or can assist me in some way with making a comic about these guys) could you contact me on Skype/MSN, please? :'D; I kind of want these guys to be known in some way besides a simple character sheet. |
