War. War never changes. (Link to RP proper) So. This is the sign up thread for a Fallout(-ish) RP set in the Walt Disney World area. This is going to be classed as an Advanced role play, so try to be descriptive. I'm only going to accept human and Ghoul characters for this, seeing as the area, the Reedy Creek Marshlands, going to be a LOT different climate than the Mojave/California or Capital wastelands. Character template... Name: Age: Hometown: (Where were they born? Where do they live? Not needed.) Karma: (Very Good, Good, Neutral, Evil, Very Evil) Preferred Combat Skill: (Small Guns, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Melee Weapons, Unarmed, Explosives) Appearence: (Picture or Description. Facial features) Armor Preference: (Light Clothing, pre-war and mercenary outfits; Medium Armor, Raider/Leather/Metal/Combat armors; or Power Armor) Personality: : History: (How'd you end up at the Reedy Creek Marshlands? What brought you out here?) And here's the character I'll primarily be playing. Name: Darius Mason Age: 24 Race: Human Hometown: MK Tunnels Karma: Good Preferred Combat Skill: Melee Weapons Appearance: Darius is light-skinned, with dark hair and a slim build. He has a pencil moustache and a soul patch for facial hair. Armor Preference: Light Clothing, Merc Outfits. Personality: He's a little paranoid, and very ambitious. Usually very excitable. Laughs a lot for someone in his condition. When he's giggling quickly, he's probably worried. When he's laughing out loud real fast, he's gotten focused on something. History: Darius has lived in what's left of the Magic Kingdom for his whole life, the settlement more-or-less under constant siege from feral Ghouls, giant mosquitoes, mutated herons, and mutant alligators. Name: Richard Saber Age: 20 Hometown: Vault 84(A Vault entirely of my own creation; Vault number may be subject to change if a real Vault 84 is ever introduced in the canon) Karma: Very Evil Preferred Combat Skill: Small Guns/Energy Weapons Appearance: Black hair, buzz-cut, a small beard-moustache combo. Blue eyes. Tribal Power Armor. Winterized T-51b helmet, but only during combat. When not wearing the helmet he wears a Hood and Shades. Armor Preference: Power Armor Personality: Saber is a greedy bastard who will do anything for the right amount of money. He has no qualms about killing, since it's essentially the unspoken rule of Post-Apocalyptia that you kill, or BE killed. He's got a huge ego, and thinks of himself as essentially unstoppable- ironically, he's not entirely incorrect- and perhaps the best thing since sliced bread.(Though whether wastelanders even know what bread is anymore is debatable.) Despite his selfish and greedy personality seeming to indicate otherwise, Richard can be quite serious when it comes to his work, and is actually a surprisingly decent tactician. He doesn't care about anybody aside from himself, and is willing to cut down anyone and everyone that gets in the way of his goals- or whatever he's been paid to do. History: Saber and his Mercenary team, consisting of himself and two others(Ignatio and Virgil), came to Florida seeking their sworn foes, the Twin Hammers Mafia, after hearing that the figurehead of the Mafia had retreated further down the East Coast to one of his many hidden bases after several defeats at the hands of Richard and Co. in the Capital Wasteland and its surrounding areas. Thinking he was about to finally discover just who is leading the nefarious Twin hammers organization, Richard set off to Florida with his team in their hijacked Vertibird, ready for one final, decisive strike against the enemy... Name: Ignatio Lykor Age: 22 Hometown: The Pitt Karma: Evil Preferred Combat Skill: Small Guns/Melee Weapons Appearence: Bleached white hair, and very pale skin. He never removes his helmet, causing his pale complexion. He has forest green eyes, and no facial hair. Being a former resident of the Pitt, he bears the same scarring that results from the Pitt's unique levels of radiation. Armor Preference: Metal Armor/Eyebot Helmet Personality: Ignatio is by far the most friendly of the mercenary trio, but behind his usually cheerful demeanor lurks the icy blood of a killer. He'd be as quick to shake your hand as he would to knife you in the back when you aren't looking...provided that knifing you benefits him in some way. History: Ignatio wound up in the Marshlands after his boss, Richard, announced that the three of them were headed to Florida to take down their arch-foes one and for all, in a single fell swoop. Eager to take down the Twin Hammers and get to shoot stuff some more(coupled with the fact that he didn't have much of a choice), he happily came along for the ride...after all, he IS the teams Sniper. Name: Virgil Fenrir Age: 25 Hometown: New Arroyo/Junktown Karma: Neutral Preferred Combat Skill: Big Guns/Explosives Appearence: Virgil has brown, messy, dirty hair and a beard like so. His eyes are mismatched, one eye(the left) is green and has a long, jagged-looking scar from a combat knife over it, and the other(the right) is a dark, ocean blue color. Armor Preference: Tesla Power Armor Personality: Virgil is the strong silent type. 9 times out of 10 he prefers to stay completely mute, and say nothing at all. If he does speak, it's usually because he's either A: Warning a teammate of something B: Saying something important C: So surprised by something that he's shocked out of silence Virgil is by far the most serious of all three Mercs, his face almost permanently set into a stone-hard, completely blank expression. History: Virgil, as the teams dual demolition expert/heavy weapons specialist, was naturally heavily involved in the assaults on the Twin Hammers bases, whether it involved blowing doors up with copious amounts of C4, laying frag mines as traps, or just carving a path through a field full of enemies with his Gatling Laser(or Combat Shotgun, if the space is enclosed). Naturally, he was ordered to accompany his boss on their mission to Florida...especially considering there are only three of the damn mercenaries. His response was pretty much a grunt and a brisk nod, his equivalent of an 'Okay'. Thus, how he wound up here with the rest of his friends. --- Yes yes, I'm using three guys...Or rather, I WANT to. I like to use all three of them, as a team, but if need be I can subtract one of them and just have this 'one' appear in passing; but at the least I'd like to use two of them.

Name: Kristin DeRio Age: 22 Race: Human Hometown: Rivet City Karma: Very Good Preferred Combat Skill: Energy Weapons Appearance: Kristin has long brown hair she keeps in ponytail underneath her. Her green eyes are always covered by her glasses and bangs. Armor Preference: Regulator's Duster & Shady Hat Personality: Kristin can be desribed as an extemely emotional person. She can sometimes be a bit too trusting. Everything and anything can set her off, but despite that she is extremely loyal and has a strong sense of justice. It was for that very reason she joined the regulators. She recently left D.c. to go to Florida to see if she could help however she could there. |
