From what I can tell, this is going to be the best game ever.

Now, you can't tell much from the trailer. MM invited a bunch of guys up to their offices to try out the game's new features, and every single new feature they saw was compiled into this gigantic thread. The possibilities are going to be literally endless.

I have been working on a concept project for quite some time for this game. It's going to be a class based top down shooter, reminiscent of TF2.

I'm seriously thinking about buying a PS3 just for LBPII. The more and more I read about it, the cooler and cooler it is. Who'd knew that one would want to buy a console in 2010 for a platformer. XD

Not even that, in LBP2, you can even have different genres in the game to customize. So now it can be a shooter, a puzzle, etc.

Looking forward to this. Sounds awesome.

I must admit that it looks like a fun piece of kit, and to someone who likes designing games like myself there is sure to be hours of enjoyment in it.
Unfortunatly spending money on a PS3 just for one/two games just isn't something I'm willing to do.

I might buy a PS3 just for this game. Looks epic, can't wait to see what game modes and stuff people make for it.

Well, surely I'd buy many more games, but until now there wasn't any PS3 exclusives that interested me enough to drop $300 on the thing.

Probably the most interesting thing about this game to me is that MM is allowing players to string their levels together to make a full "game". This is something I've always wanted to with other user-created content type games before.

LBP1 was amazing by itself. I sure do hope this one lives up to its expectations. ^^
