Species: Javan Lutung Date of Birth: May 26 (why not put a part of myself in?) Marital Status: single (has a love interest but is completely oblivious to the matter) Occupation: Bounty Hunter Birth Place: Unknown (Explained in Background) Appearance: "I didn't know whether to give him fur on his arms or not so now my excuse is that he shaved his arms to get to full running speed" *I drew him myself and photoshoped it Personality:Always thinks hes the coolest, a "showoff", and is quite forgetful, loves to fight and joke around but when the time calls for it can be serious an proves his battle skills. He is normally happy go lucky and a sort of a delinquent and most people find him as a menace. actually around strangers who appear stronger than or those whom he sees a superior he is disciplined and orderly Background: Lives in the videogame universe of Sonic the Hedgehog. He lives in a far off small village (sort of like an old Japanese town) on Mobius (if that's the one in the games please let me know). He is an orphan Left on Telux the Panda's door step (fc I have yet to draw) on a stormy night (yes cliche I know) the Telux taught him to how to use his Ki (a life-force based energy) and manifest it into a physical form, Everybody has specific elements Rai being able to manifest it into wind and lightning. He formed a bounty hunter team with Telux and his other pupils who are his friends. so they live by bounty hunting. He doesn't actually know sonic and friends but sonic is famous all around the world, the village knows sonic as the legendary blue blur. Team Sky Spark: Rai - leader elements: wind, lighting Speed Telux - sensei elements: light, dark Power (female monkey name TBD) - healer elements: earth, plant (i cant really say i suppose she is support but from the three she will be power i guess ) (male bat name TBD) - scout elements: water, Ice flying (female wolf name TBD) - swordsman elements: Fire, Metal power Primary Elements: wind fire earth water Secondary Elements: wind + fire = lighting, water + wind = Ice, earth + water = plant, and fire and earth = metal Universal Elements: light, dark, and void (force that drives the universe) Abilities:** max running speed - 40 mph (with 7 chaos emeralds moves in the form of lightning but is just a little slower than actual lightning.) He forms lightning from his body using Ki and develops his own attacks using his creativity he counts his attacks with his fingers. 0 fingers = Mallet - makes a lightning mallet around his fist, weak but is made for hitting big switches and smashing walls. 1 finger = Pin - a little electric energy needle from the tips of his fingers can pick locks by using it like a magnet. Not an actual attack 2 fingers = Scissors - like the mallet made for cutting things. Not an actual attack 3 fingers = Sword - a blade made of lightning coming out of his 3 fingers. he can re-size it to a dagger or a broadsword but the bigger it is the weaker it gets, strong his primary attack/weapon. 4 Fingers = Shield - forms a shield in front of the back of his hand he can repel the metal using its positive and negative charge. Like the sword he can re-size it but it gets weaker as it gets bigger. works on metal objects an energy attacks like fire or lighting itself. 5 fingers = Wings - technically 10 because he usually uses both hands, he strikes a cool pose an makes lightning wings off of his back (Rai is showing off) But the wings do nothing because he actually changes his overall charge to defy the planets magnetic field which allows him to fly, but It consumes a lot of Ki and tires him out really fast. 6 fingers = 2 Swords - he makes a sword in both hands. Stronger but drains him faster. 7 fingers = Sword and Shield - creates a sword in his right hand and a shield in the left. Stronger but drains him faster. 8 fingers = Barrier - (two shields or a barrier of his body) - think of it like the the old sonic games with the electric barrier. Stronger but drains him faster. skipping 9 (can't think of an idea) 10 fingers = Roar of Thunder - he claps his hand and releases a huge blast of lightning from his body, also releases an emp wave from his body which disables weak electronics (laptops, gps, radars, handhelds, etc) for about 5 to 10 minutes. His ultimate attack. Tail = Whip - average, makes a electric whip with his tail. EDITMisc... can shoot little to mid sized bolts and able to cause gusts of wind. He can also drain electricity from objects like batteries, computers, etc. Forms: + Charged Form - Rai powered by 1 - 6 Chaos Emeralds, just stronger attacks. his fur becomes frizzy and he emits a yellow glow. Thunder Form - All 7 Emeralds same as charged but lightning jumps off of him, and he can turn in to lightning when he sprints but it isn't as fast at actual lightning. - Charged Form - same as + charged Rai but his fur and lighting bursts get darker with each Emerald and he losses more control with each Emerald. Only happens when he is angry. Enraged Rai - same thing as thunder form but his fur and lightning burst are black and he cant control himself and acts like a wild animal. Only happens when he is extremely mad and all 7 Emeralds are present. Strengths: Thunder storms, batteries, and his friends voices (very cheesy I know) weaknesses: Bodies of water that are bigger than him because they short electric abilities, EDIThates rain and scrambles for cover at first sight. Fears: being abandoned by his friends. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i see that people make skill ratings for their characters so if anyone can please help me out with that. (Fly, Speed, and Power). as I generally prefer them to have one of each, but that's just one of my personal preferences. Only happens when he is extremely mad and all 7 Emeralds are present. super forms are generally not liked and not allowed among the RP community, but since each of yours requires the 7 chaos emeralds, I think they're fine. Other than that, there's not much I can find wrong with this character. Nice work!
