They signed a 10 year publishing deal with Activision(ugh) so after Reach all of their games will be published by Activision. Perhaps Call of Duty: Futuristic Warfare? lol It's back to the good old days now.

Show...Off

Wow, wasn't this the only thing that Mircosoft really had going for them in the gaming world? Halo? Now it's going to be Multiplatformed? Hmmm...

But this is quite interesting news, I never thought this would happen.

Microsoft owns the Halo franchise, not Bungie. Microsoft has created another studio for overlooking future Halo games.

Bungie themselves calls their new franchise: Crazy, Ambitious, and Grandiose.

Since when did bungie have a Halo DS Game?

Anyway, all the fanboys will be like "KILL MICROSOFT, BOYCOTT BUNGUE, AND MURDER BIL GATSES' CAT" or something. I hate fanboys.

I wonder what kind of game bungie will be making now. MAybe a whole new FPS or something.

I think this is want she means. But that game wasn't made by Bungie anyway.

Well, I guess since Reach is Bungies "last" Halo game, they're hoping to bring their success to other systems/genres. Hopefully they can. I know the games they had before Halo were fairly popular.

It'd be awesome if Bungie could make a Call of Duty game. seriously, that would be something to see!

What is the difference between a duck?

I'm happy that Bungie gets a chance to be free again, it may mean that Reach is the real end for major Halo games but I'm fine with that.

Halo will always be Microsoft's baby and the fact that it'll never be made for another system is reassuring, lookin forward to what Bungie does as an independent... Hope Activision doesn't kill them like they dismantled Infinity Ward.

Even Marathon was great, much better than DOOM as an equivalent, even though it lacks the prestige.

We are still watching
Expect to see Bungie hacked up to shreds, Robert Bowling in charge of community relations, every new Bungie game priced at $60+ with DLC priced to be at least half and title saturation up the wazoo.
