HEY GUYS! I have just today thought up a new RPing style! be warned though, its not exactly beginner freindly. So, here it is!

This RP works best for pokemon RP's, but could be bent around a bit for other RP's. Anywho, this RP reflects mostly on the pokemon-trainer bond. Both RPers, decide who gets what role, and are expected to do that roles specific jobs. Both positions have important jobs.

The trainer: The trainer has the job of caretaker, instructor, leader etc. The trainer is expected to care for his or her pokemon. This includes feeding, allowing pokemon to get excercise, and giving pokemon attention. The trainer is also expected to instruct the pokemon in battles. The trainer gives out the attack, and the pokemon follows.

The pokemon: The pokemon has the job of compainion, partner, and fighter. They are expected to always be there for their trainers. They must rush to help if their trainer is in trouble, and always back the trainer up. They must also follow what their trainer says during battles, but can execute the attack in whatever way. Remember though, pokemon have their own thinking minds. They aren't completely reliant on their trainers.

Those are the jobs for each role. But now you're probably thinking, "Why is this advanced? Its not so hard." The answer is the purpose of the RP.
INTERACTION.
This is the key factor in this style. It will help both RPers to practice interacting with other characters in realistic ways, as to not come across as a total ass, or a god modder. The interaction concept is one reason this style is so unique.
TEAMWORK.
This is also key to this style. Both RPers must be able to work together. This will help others perform well in battles, or obsticals in other RP's, so that one person isn't doing all the work.

And heres the part everyone forgets to read. The rules. Be reminded, if either role isn't following these rules, they will be kicked from the RP.
RULES.
1. No god modding. This can't be stressed enough. DON'T DO IT!
ex: being utterly invincible or ridicuously strong.
2. Catching a legendary. NONE! NOT ONE! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO BABY LEGENDARIES! NO INJURED LEGENDARIES! NO SMALL LEGENDARIES! NONE!
3. No flameing. Please do not insult other players for either;
A. Beating you.
B. Knowing a powerful move.
C. Catching a rare pokemon.
4. rare pokemon catching rules:
Rare pokemon will be caugth in their habitats, though be realistic. Don't walk in and say "Found one!" now you are god modding, though not to a great extent, but to an unfair one.
5. Double battle rules:
Double battles do not require two trainers, but do need two pokemon. The rules are typical battle rules, but have some differences. One is no opposite type attack mixings. Meaning, don't mix a water attack, with a fire attack. It dosen't make scence.
6. Catching rules:
Trainers can catch pokemon. But only at the pokemons RPers premission, OR, if said pokemon RPer is voted to weak to resist capture. (This won't happen all to much though hopefully.)
7. Gym leader/Elite 4/Other RPers battle rules:
Gym leaders; A leader will be picked from the pack to play a gym leader for one battle. After that battle, a new one may be picked, but must use the same pokemon as the one before him. ex: A water gym leader is picked. RPer has Gyrados and Golduck. battle ends. New trainer challenges leader. Same pokemon will be used for new leader.
Only exception, is if this RP happens to be private.
Elite 4; See gym leader rules.
Other Trainers; Basic fighting RP rules used here. Know when to take a hit, know when to dodge one. Don't god mod. Pokemon can be voted to weak to continue by other RPers.
8. Have fun damn you!

Pokemon growth.
Yes, pokemon RPers can evolve and grow, and can be taugth new moves by their trainers. This won't be hard to pull off. But a rules are strict here.
Rules for evolution:
1. Don't evolve in three posts. Thats not cool. Know when to evolve.
2. Don't find any stines like they were plain old rocks. As far as you're concerned, its just a pretty rock.
3. No skipping stages. Go through all stages to get to the final stage.
4. Disagreeing an an evolution;
Some pokemon can be evolved into two differnet final evolutions. If a trainer RPer, wants the pokemon to evolve to say a gardevoir, but the pokemon RPer would rather be a Gallade. Simple answer. TAKE IT TO PM'S. Solve it by having a debate as to which evolution is better. when an agreement is made, do what was decided. If one is not made, then you will not evolve untill one is made.

Moves.
Moves are all but important to a pokemon. They need them to fight, and perform in contests. Sad to say though, Pokemon RPers have little say it what moves they gain in evolving. Trainer RPers can use TM's HM's and evolve their pokemon to know whatever moves they want. But trainers, try to be a little nice.

Stats.
Stats will start out as they do in the games. Evolving will change the stats though, by +1 to +3. No more then thaat. Items like protein can be used, but will eventually stop working, so don't ride on them the whole time. Hold items that effect stats will effect stats as stated in the games. Stat raiseing moves will raise stats as stated in game. Stat lowering moves will lower stats as stated in game. IN GAME! thats my new catch phrase.

Rare candy.
ITS RARE! You won't find it just lying all over the roads of jubilife city. Be realistic. rare candy is hard to find, like, REALLY hard to find. Don't go trick or treating and get a bag full. Will up level by 1 and all stats by 1. No exceptions.

Pokemon behaivour.
Not all pokemon like their trainers, but then not all trainers like their pokemon. But usually, Trainers and thei pokemons are good freinds. Only when the pokemon was;
A. Abused
B. Traded.
C. Caugth and taken from its family.
or D. Just an *******
will it dislike its trainer. Trainer will most likely just be an ass.

Well, thats all. Hope people like this Idea, and use it sometime. Remember the rules, and try to be as fair as possible when playing. Bye bye!

Your fate is mine to decide.
This is... Actually pretty innovative. I'd love to be able to try it out with someone. By the way, did you come up with this by yourself? If so, then Kudos!!

Yep.Though I had a little help from Pokemon Platinum. That game is beast!

Also, I might open up an RP using this style. So you'll get to play it then.

Is this going to be an RP or are you just sharing how to Rp as a pokemon or trainer?
