That’s the question the seller of the town of Wauconda in Okanogan County puts before visitors to an eBay listing. The starting bid for the town, which has a post office (with its own zip code), a gas station, a grocery store, a restaurant and a four-bedroom house, was $1. The bid as of 1:15 p.m. Tuesday was $155,100, although the minimum bid has not yet been met. The Townforauction.com Web site says the minimum bid is $359,000. There is a Buy It Now option for $495,000. The winning bidder will own all commercial units and the four-acre ranch with house, the Web site says. Wauconda was established in 1898 during a gold rush and is located in between Tonasket and Republic on Highway 20 in Okanogan County. The old mining town sits within the Okanogan National Forest and is a three-hour drive from Seattle. The town’s current owner, Daphne Fletcher, said in a news release that she is ready to retire and wants a buyer quickly. TownforAuction.com says: "All the businesses have been leased in the past, owner just recently took over leases and remodeled entire place at an expense of over $100k, will probably lease it again soon, going to let new owner decide. These are all successful and well established businesses with good earnings. Not a distressed or foreclosure property." According to the Web site, taxes for the entire property are $2,048 annually. To own the land and everything on it, including a house that is probably worth 500,000 on its own in this state this is a hell of a deal that people are fighting over and for good reason.. a yearly rate of $2000 taxation won't mean much with the revenue you get from business, especially with the publicity this is getting. It's a gold mine investment and someone should just pull the trigger on the $495,000 price and lock it up before a contractor or business comes in and does the same to pave over the land for a corporate outpost. That would be a very bad thing to happen to a tiny town like that. Who knows, maybe someone can actually get it to expand and be something if they did well at it.
	I'm a gamer and always will be a gamer. If you don't believe me. I have 430 Video Games and 19 Consoles. I doubt you could beat that unless you are a gamer as well! =P So, let's see if you can outdo "The Jet Gamer"
